The price for these rooms is extremely high, 24 hours before arrival notification for a guarantee (why not earlier), the breakfast was not up to par and I could go on and on.

Even though the hotel is very close to the city center and to the main streets the room was noiseless. The hotel is easy approachable from the highway. Check-in and check-out are easy and quick. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very pleasant and calm.
