We had a big family room. Everyone had his "own" bed. No sleeping sofa or something like that. Real beds! ;-) The breakfast was good and everyone found something he/she liked. The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. The location is outside Colmar but you are in the city center in around 20 minutes walking at a normal speed. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The only "problem" is the parking. You have limited parking possibilities. You just need to be in time at the hotel. ;-) But outside the property you can find more parking possibilities.
