we found this hotel a superb choice in Colmar. very well situated close to the town centre and all ameneties. I don't know if this hotel has been recently renovated but it is amazingly fresh and clean. Rooms are stylish; bathrooms excellent, and staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good without being exceptional

The hotel lactation is excellent , walking distance from the city center where all the Christmas market attractions take place.. The room amenities such tissues, toilet paper had a poor quality. Also, the water heat level in the shower was a relatively low , which is not expected at that time of year (late November). Public parking nearby, substantially cheaper than the hotel parking.

Extremely convenient to all this in the city center. Crib for the baby and a large room for everyone too be around. Parking onsite and the hotel is an easy walk to everything.

We liked the hotel location and the guy who was checking us in was super lovely and gave a great recommendation for dinner, however, when we were checking out, I asked for a late check out as we were leaving a bit later, which was granted but when I asked for our keys to be extended, the lady at the reception said she cannot do that and is more than happy to escort us to the room. I have never seen anything like this, and we felt super uncomfortable and awkward that someone had to escort us every time we wanted to go to the room. I hope this can be changed.

We had an excellent stay Hotel clean and beds comfortable. Location suited us very well and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good and we would definitely go back again.
