Great Stay in the Heart of Colmar

The hotel location is absolutely perfect. The property is clean, intimate, and beautifully decorated with subtle Christmas touches. Marion, who welcomed us at check-in, was exceptionally kind and explained everything clearly. Each room also received a small bag of French cookies upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Colmar itself is a calm and quiet town, with no noise or chaos, and the hotel is fairly close to the main train station. The entire staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are on the small side — even when booking twin beds, they are very close together, which is not very comfortable. The bathroom layout is not very practical, and the bathtub can be slippery. The breakfast is healthy, tasty, and varied, although it is mostly the same each day. If I return to Colmar, I would definitely choose this hotel again — just in a larger room.

This is a very nice hotel located in the city center. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are very nice and clean, well equipped. Staff is very friendly and english speaking. When driving to the hotel parking house you have to enter the pedestrian zone on the right side of the hotel and will see the entrance right away around the corner. The only bad experience is the parking house. My car is bigger and wider - the entrance very narrow as well as the exit and steep, there are no signs which way to exit so I ended up on a pavement and damaged my car - although I'm a very experienced driver.

However, we are also aware that access can be challenging, particularly for larger vehicles. As we are tenants of this parking area, which belongs to a residential building association, our ability to make structural modifications is limited. That said, we take your feedback very seriously and are currently working with our technical team to improve the entrance and signage in order to better highlight potential obstacles and make access clearer and safer.
