First night next to the elevator in a “Prestige”-room was catastrophic. We then switched to a room far away from the elevator and the stay turned into superb. Staff was always very kind and the hotel is excellent! We are longtime-customers and will come back again soon!

Privilege room but: 1) no shampoo or conditioner. 2) bathroom flooded when we took a shower. 3) mattress is EXTRA extra firm. 4) I needed a pillow for my back but there is a 2 pillow-per- person policy 5) no creamer for coffee

Please allow us to clarify that all our rooms are equipped with Nuxe amenities, including a two-in-one shampoo and conditioner as well as a body lotion from the same brand. If, by any oversight, one of these items was missing or insufficient, our team would have been more than happy to provide it immediately upon request. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist with any need. We are also very sorry about the issue you experienced with the shower and the bathroom flooding. This is certainly not in line with our standards, and your comment has been shared with our maintenance team so that the matter can be thoroughly checked. Regarding the coffee amenities, as part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastics, we no longer place individual plastic creamers in the rooms. However, we do have milk and cream available in our kitchen, and we are always pleased to provide them upon request. We also regret that the mattress comfort did not meet your expectations. The position was great for the Christmas markets. The distance to the station was underestimated and I was so pleased to discover the free bus after a few days. The promotional photos are misleading. Notification that not all rooms had a coffee machine, not all rooms have a fridge and not all rooms have toiletries other than body wash would have been appreciated. I had none of these features. I did have a bath which was good. The breakfast was also good. I felt that the hotel was not the standard I had anticipated and the price was based too much on the location. I did enjoy my time in Colmar.
