Staff wer very nice and attentive, the 3 free types of water available at all time were an excellent idea, very clean and everything looks like new, good size of room, bathroom and bed niece window and close to everything. Thank you, it was a very nice stay.

Every staff member at this hotel was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was quite complete. The only drawback was the weekend crowd made for a long wait for the one elevator.

However, we do have stair access available throughout the hotel, which can be used as an alternative. The staff at the hotel are really nice. It’s really clean and I like how it is located within walking distance to the colmar old town.

First night next to the elevator in a “Prestige”-room was catastrophic. We then switched to a room far away from the elevator and the stay turned into superb. Staff was always very kind and the hotel is excellent! We are longtime-customers and will come back again soon!
