It a very well located hotel. Most of the staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping needs to stop yelling in the corridors in the morning.

Two night stay to visit Colmar as part of a European driving tour. The hotel location was ideal especially with on-site secure car parking. Breakfast was hit and miss, the first day was quite poor as items had run out and were not being replenished. In fact staff were clearing up and it was only 9:30am. Second day there were more items available, however not to what we would expect from a four star hotel. We had a better breakfast at the Ibis Styles in Bad Reichenhall a week earlier.

Excellent stay all round. Special thanks to the lady who looked after the 4th floor on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 June (blonde hair, glasses), who was very helpful in suggesting remedies for symptoms of the virus my wife was suffering from!

Overall, our stay was good. On arrival our room was not ready, however, the receptionist on duty, Marion, was extremely helpful with the parking and accompanied us to check out our vehicle would fit in the underground parking and kept us updated on the room. We were offered a drink whilst waiting for the room. The next day, on requesting to purchase a drink from the bar at 4pm, we were rudely told by another woman receptionist (not Marion) that the bar was shut, when we mentioned we had a drink the previous day in there afternoon she told us we could not have and went back to what she was doing! We did not bother to have a drink again in the hotel due to this attitude. All other staff friendly. We had a suite room which was comfortable. Shower was good.
