The position was great for the Christmas markets. The distance to the station was underestimated and I was so pleased to discover the free bus after a few days. The promotional photos are misleading. Notification that not all rooms had a coffee machine, not all rooms have a fridge and not all rooms have toiletries other than body wash would have been appreciated. I had none of these features. I did have a bath which was good. The breakfast was also good. I felt that the hotel was not the standard I had anticipated and the price was based too much on the location. I did enjoy my time in Colmar.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and it was really amazing! Hotel is located very close to the city centre, bed is very comfortable, amazing breakfast and most important-staff at the reception are very friendly, nice and helpful. Our room was ready 1h after our arrival which was very early and they call us to let us know that the room is ready which we really appreciate. Will for sure come back again 😍
