We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable with a nice large bathroom and the location was perfect- it was only a ten minute walk to the old part of the town.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they held out bags security while we explored Colmar. When we checked in later, they had upgraded our room, which was phenomenal and comfortable. Probably the best hotel of our trip!

We are from the tropical country , air conditioning and fan is part of our lives, therefor i am very particular when i made the booking to ensure there is air conditioning in the hotel we booked, sadly we were told that air conditioning only run during winter time .... Thankfully the reception is very helpful and get us a fan . The bed and pillows are solf in case you also like us who prefer the firm one . The receiption staffs are nice and always ready to help .
