We found this hotel very convenient and comfortable. It’s well positioned, just a short walk to the city centre, which during our visit was hosting the Colmar Noël Marché. Our loft room was warm and cosy, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner are available if you prefer to stay in, which is a nice option. The room was also well equipped for modern travellers, with plenty of USB outlets and socket outlets—something we really appreciated with multiple devices to charge. Overall, a great location and a pleasant stay.

Good position Room small but with everything Bathroom could be better, when you took the shower all room has wet floor Daily clean ok, but not really accurate

Valérie and Jessica were excellent. They both were kind, polite and patient, not just with me, but with everyone I heard them talk to. Hotel is great. Location is perfect. A minute walk away from the fun but crazy loud chaos of the Christmas markets. Room is modern and clean. The bathroom has really bright lights. Really like that, and the bedroom has cozy lights. Perfect! The thermostat is very responsive and hot water is as well also there is a heater in the bathroom, a bonus for me. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying at ibis Colmar. The location is great, a few minutes walk away to the Christmas markets. Staff are super friendly. We were unaware that on-site parking is limited and needs to be pre-booked. However, we were manage to secure parking in the public area with the assistance of the counter staff. We were greeted by 1 bed bug which came as a shock when we were about to go to bed. Staff was swift in assisting to rectify the situation. While there were no other rooms we could be moved to at that time, he assisted to provide us with new bedding, pillows, quilts etc. The manager also pro-actively spoke to us the next morning, which assured me that it will definitely be looked into. This gives me the confidence to book with them again should I revisit Colmar someday, and I'll recommend this hotel as the staff made me feel very welcomed - they delivered beyond what I expected of an ibis.
