Big welcome. Accommodated by Findlay room where we could leave & charge our electric bik s whose internal batteries do not come off the bike. Also got a sucker and filled it with water so we could clean the bikes of dust from riding on unpaved paths

Overall, my stay was pleasant enough, thanks to the friendly staff and convenient location. However, one major drawback was the bathroom facilities - the water pressure in the rooms was far too low to take a proper shower. It made getting washed frustratingly slow after a long day of travel.

Very good location close old town. Nearby you find supermarket and restaurants. Room was small but clean. AC worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

As part of our experience, we communicated with hotel responsible our evaluation of room 410 in function of 'handicap', That room is better equipped then most accomodations, although we did communicate the options for improvement. be aware each handicapéé has different needs

Only stayed 1 night driving back from Switzerland, Everything was great, staff, rooms, air con, breakfast but the best thing was the location - so close to the centre of Colmar Only negative was that the parking was off site but this was only a 2 minute walk away in a near supermarket
