I booked a three-day stay. The staff was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast; it had no taste. I thought the snacks and dinner would be the same, but to my surprise, they were some of the greatest I've ever had. The only complaint I have is the breakfast other Ibis hotels had much better breakfast quality. Everything else was perfect; I definitely would recommend it.

Reception desk service not very talkative (especially in english) if you come as a toursit some nice advices would be useful: restaurants, taxis, Very good experience with breakfast - we have recived delicious brekfast at 5 am (while breakfast was served from 6 am) this was very nice - thank you!

We had used the Newcastle to Amsterdam ferry and drove down through Germany and France en route to Italy, with our dog... Weather getting colder, we decided to stop at Colmar before completing our 475K journey the next day.
