We arrived at 10.30 having paid to have a early check in from 8.30 room not ready got asked to wait and have a free coffee, then got told the room was ready then got to the room only 3 beds and a cot not a double and 2 singles so back to reception wait again for a room, staff later on were all just stood round the door way smoking and chatting, we slept well, but breakfast was a joke not a mug or bowl in sight, everyone was wanting them so a bun fight trying to get one then food had run out, kept having to wait for things to be replenished very dis organised looked like there was only one chap doing everything, building seems very tired very expensive stay for what we had

Could be a bit more cleaner. Mold on the ceiling on the entrance into the room and very dusty window. Curtain not hanging nicely on window and missing a loop.

We stay here regularly en route to Italy. The hotel has everything we need for an overnight stay and is within convenient walking distance of Colmar.

We have stopped over at Colmar Ibis Est on our way to and from Italy many times over the years (6 times per year) and were pleased to see an option of a Repas Minute meal as an alternative to the WinStub menu that never changes. A little disappointed that the room had a bath with no shower curtain that makes a mess on the bathroom floor
