Good breakfast and comfortable stay, we liked feeling warmly welcomed with our dog. Some of the structures could use a little updating but everything was clean and taken care of.

A very charming and well-maintained hotel, located just outside Colmar and offering ample parking, which is definitely very convenient. As a small suggestion, I would recommend adding a minibar, a wastebasket, and a few more clothes hangers in the rooms. These small touches would make the room even more comfortable and welcoming. We did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so unfortunately we cannot comment on it.

We regularly use this hotel as a stopover on a drive through Europe. It is easy to find with good parking and well located on the edge of Colmar.

The blanket was too heavy for summer time. Air conditioning can work less with a light blanket.

It was a hot day. The normally good restaurant was closed (ill chef) unfortunately. The 'airconditioning ' in the room (but also at the Reception) was not working..it was too hot so bad quality sleep. Also due to the mattrass, probably not breathable. Breakfast was good. Hotel need to be refurbished. It was better before (15-20 years ago).

The check in was problematic, 39’ heat, no air con and many customers meant a long delay in getting checked in. The receptionist did her best but given the amount of people waiting, another pair of hands would have helped.

It was okay,stuff was helpful and nice. the rooms were really bare boned. I remember different IBIS Red from my pre pandenmic stay days. The breakfast option was quite limited. Barely any fruits or vegetables in offer.

The hotel had for 2 days busses sleeping so they had lots of people and couldn’t cope with amount of people for breakfast. The first day lots of people complaining second day was a bit better. Very unpleasant staff. I was promised a refund for the 2 breakfasts each day but not received yet
