Stayed at this property in November for a 2 overnight visit to Colmar. (This was our second stay at this property).

Run down. Need renovation.

Heater in our room didn't work. The staff brought a heater in though. And they left the floor cleaning mob in the toilet when we checked in late at night. We got a welcome drink for one person when we were four. Overall, I would not go back. This is below Accor standards.

We arrived at 21.15 and unfortunately the restaurant had stopped serving food and there are few alternatives. The room was basic, but partially refurbished and whilst aircon and bathroom extractor didn’t work, was good value. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Well located near the autoroute. Team were friendly and it had a more hospitable atmosphere than most Ibis Budget.
