From the moment we arrived at the Novotel Suites in Colmar to when we left was an absolutely wonderful experience. Djamila welcomed us and let us know our room was not ready yet, but made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of in the lobby/kids area until we were able to go upstairs. The personalized touches of having cookies at the welcome, small gifts and coloring for the children as well as many other details made the experience that much better. The staff and customer service overall were fantastic. The decor for Christmas was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious with separate small beds for our children, which was a huge bonus. We left wishing we could have stayed longer, and feeling that our money and time was well spent.

While the hotel staff were very kind, the pice-value relation is ridiculous. I have never experienced a lower quality hotel experience for €850 per night !! Someone is shameless in pricing, exploiting demand to completely overpricing a hotel room. I can in no way recommend to take your business to Novotel Suites.
