RoadWrangler Couples - TripAdvisor review

Good location, just 5-10 minutes to walk to the old town. Check-in was easy! The super-friendly staff had our keys ready on arrival--all hotels should do this! The hotel has two swift lifts (unfortunately, one was broken during our stay, but it wasn't an issue for us). Our room was a decent size. The bed was comfortable and had non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers! There was a small shelf at each side of the bed that served as a nightstand. There was only a power outlet on one side of the bed; nice that there were USB ports at each bedside for charging, but an actual power outlet on both sides would be best for two people to charge devices at bedside. The room had a mini fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub and a large, separate shower with a shelf to store your own hair products & shaver. The shower water pressure was light but acceptable and the hot water stayed hot for the duration. The towels were a large and of ok thickness. Another hook would have been nice for two people to better hang towels. And while there was ample counterspace at the sink, there was nowhere to hang the hand towel; another small rack at the sink would be ideal. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a great touch! The WiFi was super strong (66mbps download & 44mbps upload) but not password protected (boo!). Yummy bakery around the corner next door. I've stayed at this hotel before and will happily return.

We had a very nice stay at the Novotel. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet. The staff was very nice and the lobby was well stocked and very clean. Our room was comfortable and we would absolutely book here again on our next stay.

We had a problem with our booked accommodation and arrived at Novotel Colmar to see if they had a room available. Staff were very helpful and understanding and found us a room. We decided to extend our stay and have enjoyed the hotel.
