Great small size hotel, well located, clean, modern and with a great inside patio to relax and have a drink! Walking distance to the city center, Room are wide, with nice shower and bathroom, desk, sofa, large TV screen and Nespresso machine, great TEAM always ready to help

After a 9 hour drive from Hamburg we were pretty tired found out there were no car parks available the staff that evening were very friendly and nice and tried to get a park which they did but our car didn’t fit. All ok found a park on the street that night and the hotel staff found us a place the next day. When we arrived in our room an executive room the layout was a bit usual but after spending some time in the room we decided it was actually ok. Positives staff both day time and night time staff were excellent nice helpful and very friendly Having a water machine in the foyer was a bonus and worked well you can fill up their water bottles and take it to the room. The shower haha was pretty modern with a few buttons to push but it was fantastic lots of options to use!! We were very happy we chose this hotel the location was pretty good about 500 metres from the start of all the shops restaurants etc

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room design and decor might be a little 1999, but the personnel is extremely service-minded and helped us out with a few issues and questions.

Location- 5min walk from La Petite Venice Staff- exceptionally friendly and helpful Continental breakfast- decent Cleanliness- excellent Room - perfect, but no real views if you are after that sort of thing.
