The Novotel centre colmar is a little jewel of a hotel!! Extraordinary hospitality!! Welcomed with a warm smile… check in was a breeze. I did an error in the booking (one day short) Caroline went out of her way to find a solution for an extra night. Parking too was managed without a hitch…. Just amazing people to stay with. Every request was met with a smile and immediate solution. In fact due to error on my side, I did not keep my bags ready to be moved to another room. They got stuck as they could not move my stuff to the other room, they managed it. Caroline was extraordinarily helpful. Though it has put her in a spot with the other customers…. Just exceptional. I am thankful to them. The whole team is great!! I am really glad I chose this hotel. Our next stay in colmar surely will be here… Ofcourse next time around I will not make a mess of my room bookings… The Sauna and Hammam is nice and they are very helpful in managing the hours to use.. the hotel is close walking distance from downtown places…
