We stayed one night in a Superior Suite. The room was very spacious, with a sofa and extra chair. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower, plus a separate toilet. Coffee (Nespresso) and Kusmi tea were provided, but the sugar was limited. No bottled water was available. Toiletries were basic (Rituals soap and shampoo only), and no slippers were provided. The room was clean and well maintained—thanks to Lou from housekeeping. The location is good, about a 15-minute walk to the old town, with many great bakeries nearby. Parking in the hotel garage costs €20/day. Street parking is free on Saturday after 7 PM and all day Sunday. It would be even better if the toilet had a bidet or bidet spray, as it provides better hygiene and comfort after use (optional for guests who prefer it).

Room was huge, looked pretty new, everyone was really nice and it’s located a short 8 minutes walk to the city center. The only downside was the rain shower didn’t really work. Minor thing though. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Colmar.
