- My room was not ready till 4 pm ( 2 hours later that contracted and no disccount was applied due to the lack of availabilty of the room for 2 hours) - My room was horrible regarding the bathroom where everything get wet and slippery if you take a shower (room 2)

It was really good. The people was really nice and helped me with everything I needed. In the room it was also a really good room and it was clean and with all the things you might need when you travel.

Room smelled like smoke, ruining an otherwise decent budget experience.

The Ibis Budget stay was satisfactory sans one important point: the room and sheets smelled as if either the cleaning crew or last (several?) visitors had smoked inside the room. For a hotel which claims to charge large fees for smoking in the room, this was disappointing and ruined the experience.

Unfriendly man on reception. Room very small and not well maintained or particularly clean. Parking has to be paid for, which wasn’t specified when booking.

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Room was comfortable although the bed linen and pillows were a bit flimsy. The underground car park was fully booked the first night, but a worthy alternative was instantly offered. The second night we were able to use said car park.

Booked the hotel including breakfast . When came down to have breakfast there was a long queue. Most disappointing part was that the breakfast itself was so basic I would be better off not including the breakfast in my booking. I have stayed in many other hotels but never had a breakfast as as poor I had at this ibis .

Hi, the entrance and check-in were with the Internet option very easy and the person on the reception and breakfast really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was for the overall experience 10% too high, but for my stay quiet ok. I will recommend that hotel.

We had a nice stay in Colmar, central but calm location, nice breakfast, We understood (from the website information) that the outside parking would be for free and just the indoor parking was to be paid. Free parking in the streets is difficult to find. However, also the outside parking was to be paid for. That's the only compain we can find - everything else was fine!
