This is a hotel where we would like to return. It is basic, but has a very clever design of the rooms, and we enjoyed the emphasis on sustainability. We never visited a hotel before with such a clear sustainability policy, e.g. directing visitors to the stairs with a playful gym approach, and hardly any wrappings on the breakfast products. The staff is really friendly.

getting an email at 21.00 that check in closes at 22.00 and if I would show up later I should use the machine. Strange, but OK. I show up at 22.10, everything is closed, machine not working, the lady let us in, but no invoice, no check in, no code for the room. For a F1 middle of nowhere probably OK. For an Ibis in the city center not acceptable!

Overall, the hotel facilities and environment are good, but my stay was negatively affected by service and operational issues. At check-in, I was overcharged city tax for an additional guest, and the price increase was not communicated in advance. Although Trip.com later helped resolve part of the issue, I still need to request a small refund (€1.10) by email, which is inconvenient. More importantly, the room experience was poor. The electronic door lock was frequently noisy from early morning, and at around 9 a.m., another guest actually opened my room door while I was still inside. This was very surprising and felt like a serious lack of privacy and security. Additionally, light sleepers should be aware that there is noticeable traffic noise from the street.翻译这个评价的

€10.50 extra to park the car. Very poor signage in the car park = bewildering experience Great that the lift goes straight into the carpark but the buttons are unreliable = frustrating. The room was very, very small. The outside noise was very loud if you opened the window The air conditioning was non existent so you had to open the window and get the noise or stifle.
