The walls were pretty thin and the doors closed pretty loudly, so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. The pillows were very thin and we had a bit of a miscommunication about the breakfast (we paid for a night, but apparently paid for the entire stay - this would have been good to know by providing me with an invoice of what I actually paid for upon check-in - I only received a receipt for the full amount and was informed that it was for the pet fee, city tax and the breakfast). The water turned off 20 minutes before us checking out, which was strange and we informed the team as part of the check out. Two of the receptionists (the male ones) said hello to us as we entered and left the building. It would have been nice (as a way of security) to have ALL the receptionists do this, I had noted one of the ladies always was on the computer and didn't make eye contact with guests. I found this a bit unfriendly and made me feel like some people could just slip into the building without any issue.

Budget hotel but grossly overpriced. Location good for the city but that's all it's going for it.

Small, cramped room. Overpriced. Bathroom facilities scream public toilet. The sink (which is in the room, not the shower or toilet) absolutely stank of drains. Toilet seat was broken. Air con very dated, noisy and useless. Couldn't open the window as an alternative due to the noise from the speeding cars on the road. We originally booked for two nights, we left after one as it was so disappointing having paid nearly €240 for the two nights.

The clue is in the name. Definitely a budget hotel but it is located close to the centre and the rooms are clean.
