The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is exceptionally warm and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic breakfast each morning. We booked the two-bedroom apartment suite, and while the space and the terrace were wonderful, the interior felt surprisingly unfinished. The bedrooms had no artwork, mirrors, lamps, or additional furnishings beyond the beds and a small table. The main bedroom had overhead lights, but no lighting on the opposite wall by the TV, where it seemed a dresser with lamps might have been intended. This made getting ready a bit challenging since we didn’t have adequate lighting or storage, and even our children joked that the bare gray walls made the room feel a bit like a cell. The photos online showed thoughtfully decorated rooms, so the starkness of our suite was unexpected. Even the bathroom lacked a shelf in the shower area, so shampoo and soap had to be placed on the floor. Aside from the décor and furnishing gaps in the suite, everything else about our experience was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With a bit more attention to the room interiors, it would be absolutely perfect.

The location of the hotel is perfect - in the middle of a park but also very close to the old town and to the train station. The SPA area is very nice and modern but super small - it’s enough that a few people come and it gets very crowded. Also - children are allowed to use the SPA area only between 8-10 am - so basically exactly during the time the breakfast is served. Then the breakfast - the smallest I’ve seen at a 5* hotel. Very few options served freshly prepared (only omelets and eggs). Staff is very helpful and attentive - from that perspective it is truly a 5* experience.

The hotel is located very centrally in the town, but yet quiet enough and has a beautiful view of the park. The staff is absolutely fantastic - super accommodating and empathetic and really made our trip very enjoyable. The facilities are top notch. Would definitely recommend it to all our friends and come back!
