Staff made me feel so welcome but very professional at all times. They strike a perfect balance between professional but still creating a relaxed atmosphere. So many extra little touches , provide a map of Colmar, and explain the direction of the hotel, provide a list of restaurants in different price point categories / specialties. Escorted to room on arrival to ensure I was happy with everything, again very helpful (Cecilia) Mixologist (Theo) very professional and helpful.

To much people in the spa!

Dear Sir, We thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your experience at l'Esquisse. We’re truly sorry to read that the Spa felt too crowded during your visit, despite the time-slot system we have in place. Please know that these scheduled slots are intended to regulate attendance and ensure a more relaxing experience. However, it did not meet your expectations and we sincerely apologize. Service was excellent, They were very kind to extend my reservation for 2 years due to my illness and flight cancellations which made it impossible to get back to Colmar which is a beautiful town but most important the hotel is very classy and well decorated.
