We regret the difficulties you encountered when trying to arrange a transfer to the train station at 6:30 a.m. In Colmar, it can unfortunately be very difficult to find an available taxi outside peak hours, despite our best efforts to assist our guests with their travel arrangements. Regarding your experience at the restaurant, we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, especially during such a special stay. However, we would like to clarify that the restaurant, which holds two Michelin stars, is operated by a company independent of our hotel.
