I hosted six women for a cultural-immersion tour (my business if Local Rendezvous Travel), and we stayed four nights at your hotel. It was perfect with the only exception of the last night when a staff member opened my client’s door at 4:20 am and took her key. She was quite upset and afraid. I guess it was some sort of misunderstanding, but unfortunately, all of my clients were upset for her. Otherwise all was perfect. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Merci!

We had a fabulous time at the Spa and Hotel! Everyone was so wonderful friendly and welcoming. The room was spectacular and the spa was amazing. We had room service for dinner and breakfast which was incredible too We would highly recommend this hotel !

The location of the hotel is great and the staff was very friendly and professional. We didn't like the design of the hotel room, especially the toilet without a sink, meaning you had to walk to the other end of the room to wash your hands every time. The toilet light is activated by a motion sensor, which is annoying if you need to use the toilet at night. There should be a night light mode. Furthermore, the room smelled of kitchen exhaust several times a day. Finally, we ordered room service once, but we didn't find the food very good.
