Very nice and exclusive hotel in the center of Colmar! The arrival was seamless with our reserved Valet Parking. Check-in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly, efficient and professional. We particularly enjoyed spending time with Gregory, the Bartender. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work, the beverages and the Alsace wine region. We wished that we had a longer stay.

Fabulous hotel and staff but…….

The hotel and staff are lovely. However, we had booked a two bedroomed penthouse apartment. I had checked that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, as we were four adults. However, when we arrived we found that neither en-suite had a toilet. There was only one toilet in the apartment in a large room off the living area but that did not have a washbasin. This is both unhygienic and hugely disappointing and inappropriate for luxury accommodation.

I am glad to read that your stay was overall satisfactory, and that you appreicated the hotel and our staff. However, I am very sorry that your room, the Penthouse Suite did not meet your expectations. I am attentive to your comments concerning the sanitary facilities in the room, which are indeed an architectural bias and a choice made at the time of building. We are aware of the inconvenience caused and will do our utmost to carry out the necessary work to improve the facilities as soon as possible. A beautifully designed new hotel, well situated in Colmar. The historic centre is only 5 mins walk away. Safe and private overnight parking, extremely helpful staff and wonderful interior design. Extremely comfortable beds and a superb breakfast!

Beautiful Contemporary Design Property with Michelin star restaurant and complimentary upgrade to larger room with bathtub as requested. Received violation ticket by car rental company a few days after check out due to loading of luggages by bellman during check in in front of hotel entrance which is unacceptable.
