Our stay was very nice and was made even nicer by the personal assistance of Leanne at the front desk who helped us greatly when our luggage was stolen off of the train. She went above and beyond and was the pinnacle of caring customer service. Her warmth and capability and drive to help us is why we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff went above and beyond, our room was perfect and le chalet was a lovely festive touch. Rita on reception was wonderful and extremely professional. The reception staff were some of the best we have experienced and we have traveled all over the world in 5 star hotels.

A fantastic experience. Staff is warm and welcoming and focused on ensuring you have a great stay. The location, especially for the Christmas Markets, was good; close to everything, but a respite from the craziness.

The hotel is nice and rooms are comfortable . Few things that you need to improve : A) cleaning service : they came quite late at 3 pm to clean our room . This is not right . Rooms should be done earlier B) concierge service needs improve . The restaurant they closed us was a tourist trap for the first night second night it was bad C) spa : we asked for a deep tissue massage and despite my request for more power the massage was not deep tissue it was a relaxing massage . Especially for the massage it was really waste of money .

already second stay it was exceptional as it was the first time. one very small remark that one barkeeper unfortunately did not know how to make a negroni sbagliato / what e negroni sbagliato was, would expect this at a 5 star hotel
