Its a nice hotel but had some issues. First ac didn't work and was told its too early in the season so not turned on. Room was stuffy and warm and you can't leave the patio door open as it's to noisy. Second was the spa. We went there at 6 in the evening and there were towels everywhere. Looks like no one cleaned up in quite a while. No where to sit down because all chairs had towels all over them.

A very inspiring stay in an environment that invites relaxation and creativity. The personnel is very welcoming and caring to make you feel at ease. The spa treatment Walk in the forest is just an amazing moment to recommend to anyone who wishes to relax deeply, thanks to Elodie ´s magic hands.

The hotel is nice but the layout of the 2 bedroom suite is weird. I thought 2 bathrooms would have hand basin, toilet (loo) and shower cubicle in each, but no!! There is only 1 toilet (loo) in the 2 bedroom suite and there is no hand basin in the toilet (loo). After using the toilet (loo), you have to wash your hands either in the pantry's sink or walk back to your bedroom to wash your hands in the bathroom. Not hygiene and so inconvenient!! I will not recommend staying in the 2 bedroom suite. Better book 2 standard rooms is more economical and convenient.

Perfectly located a few blocks outside of the crowds on a lovely park. The hotel was wonderful but what was amazing was the staff. Every person we spoke with was so helpful and kind and made us feel so welcome. A must stay hotel.
