The location of the hotel is perfect - in the middle of a park but also very close to the old town and to the train station. The SPA area is very nice and modern but super small - it’s enough that a few people come and it gets very crowded. Also - children are allowed to use the SPA area only between 8-10 am - so basically exactly during the time the breakfast is served. Then the breakfast - the smallest I’ve seen at a 5* hotel. Very few options served freshly prepared (only omelets and eggs). Staff is very helpful and attentive - from that perspective it is truly a 5* experience.

Regarding the spa’s opening hours for children, we have noted your remarks. As our spa is designed for a calm and restful environment, the policy currently allows access for children only early in the morning, from 8:00 to 10:00. Nevertheless, we took good note of your feedback and will work on how to address this in the future. Moreover, our breakfast offers a variety of fresh, savoury and sweet products, and we source locally wherever possible. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the selection. The hotel is located very centrally in the town, but yet quiet enough and has a beautiful view of the park. The staff is absolutely fantastic - super accommodating and empathetic and really made our trip very enjoyable. The facilities are top notch. Would definitely recommend it to all our friends and come back!

Our room was large, beautiful and quiet. The front desk and housekeeping staff were terrific. We also greatly appreciated he hotel’s offering to make restaurant reservations at its recommended restaurants before we arrived.
