We had a few issues with room service The sink drain was clogged when we checked in. The following morning I asked the housekeeper who was cleaning the room next door to get someone to address it. She said she would come to clean our room next and would get it resolved. When we came back that afternoon the room had not been cleaned and the drain was still clogged. The night before we checked out I was unable to open the safe as the battery had ran out. The front desk folks were very attentive and the issue was resolved the following morning. There is no AC in the elevator hallway and the température can get high. The same is true for the bathroom partition with the toilet and the shower. The frosted glass external window in our room (952) direct sun expositor.
