I had an amazing stay at TRIBE Savassi during a family trip — we booked three rooms, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The staff is extremely helpful and kind- I want to give a special thanks to Miriam, Luiz ,Patrícia and Rômulo. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You could really feel that they care about the guests, and that made a big difference for us. The hotel itself is great — modern, comfortable, and with fantastic amenities. Everything felt well thought out, clean, and easy, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the best hotel experience we’ve had in Belo Horizonte. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again.

Bad Smell in bathroom

Our reception team is available 24 hours a day, and it would have been important for us to know about this odor as soon as you noticed it, as this way we could have moved you to another room or called maintenance to fix the problem. Nice building, good setting, new rooms. But cleaning staff is doing a poor job (dirty floors, no vacuuming, no soap used when cleaning) , reception clerk charged me 100x more than the actual price of the room, this mistake resulted in my credit card being blocked by my bank, and amenities not restocked everyday (coffee and tea). Email sent to management but no one really seemed to care... Also welcome drink for silver members was only cachaça (which I don't like) and strict refusal from bartender to switch to another spirit, resulting in me not having any drink... To end of a more positive note: they gave me an early check in when I arrived.

We take cleanliness very seriously, and your comments regarding the housekeeping standards have been noted. I regret that your experience did not meet our usual expectations. Regarding the pricing error at reception, our receptionist made a typo, adding an extra zero, but you called the bank immediately in front of us and they informed you that the security hold would be lifted. We quickly processed another charge correctly. In terms of amenities, we appreciate your input, as we aim to provide a consistently stocked experience for all guests. We explained to you that coffee and tea are offered as courtesy only on the first night. If you want more we need you to ask on our 24 hours front desk and we appreciate your understanding about it. Regarding the welcome drink, we believe there was a miscommunication. We offered water, soda, beer, sparkling cashew juice, sparkling tea, coffee, and drinks with cachaça. TRIBE Belo Horizonte Savassi is likely the best hotel in Belo Horizonte! My entire stay was fantastic from start to finish. The location is very convenient, putting you right in the heart of the action while still offering a relaxing escape. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome immediately. A huge plus was the dining; the onsite restaurants were amazing, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere without needing to leave the property. If you want the top experience in BH, this is definitely the place to book

Nice touch at checked in but not as good as to be treated as a Diamond member welcome. Good stay at the hotel for the room. Bad experience with driving to find the parking lot.

However, I regret that our lack of parking facilities and room service did not meet your expectations. Is good to remember that our property doesn´t count with parking and room service neighter. Otherwise, we offer the Trintaeum Restaurant as an exccellent option of very typical food, a great breakfast, the Broa Cafeteria, Coreto bar on the Rooftop and a 24 hours Grab & Go for food options.
