I arrived and was treated nicely, but after getting to the room I was surprised by an awful smell. It was already late so I didn’t go down to ask for a new one. But during the night it only got worse. Awful The shower was very weak. Not good And the bed was nothing special. Big, but no very comfortable. Everything is expensive. Drinks, food, etc. so i would expect a higher standard

Cool design Well located Very friendly staff Easy check out Comfortable room A few things I would change: - have a place to hang the towels in the bathroom - not have the air conditioning directly facing the bed, or a little metal plaque just in front of the AC to avoid getting the air in the face while sleeping

Overall, very very happy. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was kind. Location is unbeatable. Bathrooms need towel hooks! And I think I saw a cockroach in my toilet on the last day. Please watch the cleanliness. The hallway on the 6th floor also didn’t smell great.

I was for a brief business visit to Belo Horizonte and I was happy to have stayed in this new gem in the heart of the city. It has fresh and modern design, feels very comfortable and contemporary in the lobby and common areas, with very good gym and room amenities. I would recommend to take a breakfast in one of the many places around few block, where you can also find plenty of choices for food and drink at night.
