The experience in reality was not extremely positive. The reception was full at all reasonable hours and everything took way longer than expected.. The elevator wait was truly unacceptable and the breakfast was always impossibly full. Despite this being a business trip, it made it very difficult to even just be there.. One window in a room did not close causing noise and heat, the AC was also not the in the bedroom and I was advised to "leave the door open" to "solve it". The staff was kind, of course, and tried to resolve but I don't think they have many resources at their disposal to effectively resolve client issues.

Reason for Dissatisfaction: The front desk agent who checked me in on Oct 26 around 8:40 PM was rude and unfriendly, making my arrival stressful. She should receive more customer service training to better assist guests.
