O primeiro contato feito pelo setorde hospitalidade foi bem interessante. A partir dai foi uma sequencia de "maus feitos". Eu havia pedido, caso fosse possível, um check-in antecipado e ao chegar no hotel, quando comentei ao funcionario da recepção me foi dito um nao tão sem noção e sem sequer verificar a possibilidade de ter ja o quarto disponível que confesso que beirou a falta de educação. Deixei minhas malas no hotel e sai para tomar um cafe na cidade para aguardar o horário de entrada. !0 minutos depois me chega uma mensagem do setor de hospitalidade dizendo que o quarto estava disponível (total desencontro entre os setores), mas agradeco ao esforco do setor de hospitalidade. Ao chegar no hotel entreguei a etiqueta para solicitar minha bagagem para subir ao meu quarto, e o funcionario demorou um pouco e logo voltou perguntando ao segurança do lobby e me dizendo que nao estava encontrando minha bagagem, quando de repente vi que minha bagagem continuava ao lado do balcao da recepção onde havia sido deixada no momento em que me entregaram a etiqueta. Ou seja, nao haviam sequer guardado minha bagagem e esta passou pelo menos uma hora e meia no mesmo lugar. Foi me dado um up grade de quarto na qual agradeco pessoalmente a Bianca que havia se prontificado a tentar conseguir. No dia da saida entrei novamente em contato com o whatzap do setor de hospitalidade para pedir, mediante disponibilidade, um check-out tardio porem mais tarde quando eu ja havia descido para sair do hotel.

Reservei quarto para 3 pessoas com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. No balcão o atendente informou que a reserva era para 2 pessoas e apenas 1 cama de casal. Reforçou que o hotel estava lotado e que não havia disponibilidade de cama extra. Resgatei minha reserva por e-mail e mostrei ao mesmo, sendo para 3 pessoas com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Depois de muito esperar na recepção "apareceu" uma cama extra. Não se deram o trabalho de colocar toalha para a terceira pessoa. Tivemos que solicitar e muito esperar. Ou seja, após uma longa viagem, esperamos por chegar, tomar um bom banho e prontamente descansar. Mas ao invés disso o que se apresentou foi um grande susto por afirmarem uma reserva que não nos comportava, que não tinha com resolver (pois não tinham cama extra), ficamos aguardando bastante tempo por uma solução na recepção, depois aguardando montarem a cama extra e por fim levarem a toalha de banho há muito solicitada. A experiência foi péssima.
