It was really nice to check into the hotel room (an upgraded one) with a kind message from the manager and some candies to sweeten our stay. The hotel is nice, but it needs to improve the time spent on the check-in and check-out processes at the front desk. Perhaps some training or a system enhancement would help. Everything was so slow...

As chain hotels go, this is pretty good. The staff are very nice, and helpful. The breakfast is great. The room well set up for work and relaxation.

The night shift staff charged my credit card in foreign currency which has 12% markup. And refused to do anything to remedy it
