Unfortunatelly I forgot a few items, and emailed the hotel asking form them to send me them, but didn't get any answer. I called, even. Still haven't had any kind of response. I think an employee could check the room as a part of check-out.

I booked a triple room (3 single beds) during my stay but there was just 2 sets of towels. We requested an extra set but service provided us 2 shower towels (being too big to use as face/hand towel). Also, about the toiletries there was a single bottle of shampoo + single bother of conditioner and 4 bottles of body cream. Luckily we brought our own toiletries so there was no need to request it at front desk but there was a lot of not good care regarding services. We did not bother complaining about this during our stay but would be good to pay more attention to these details.

Location, service, availability all great. The check out system was unbelievably slow and out dated, people standing in line to do check outs, review bills and such. The check out slow process did not fit my schedule. I had no time to stand in line, and if I had done so, I would have lost my flight. Not staying in line and discussing my bill costed wrongful charges. I was charged the consumption of goodies that I have not consumed.

Problem with the reservation

We made a reservation for 3: me, my husband and my 9 years old son. The system showed an option the was possible to allocate us 3. Arriving in the hotel, very tired after a long car trip, we discovered that the room only had 1 standard double bad. No extra bed available!! How so?! I was very disappointed. We had to sleep the 3 of us on the same bad. Very uncomfortable! It was not cheap for this king of experience. Again. Very disappointed!
