Upon arrival, despite completing the mobile pre-check-in, there was still a queue at check-in, which took longer than expected. In the room, bedding such as sheets and duvets was not provided initially, so I was unable to cover myself properly. The bathroom shower enclosure did not have effective water containment, resulting in water spilling onto the entire bathroom floor, making it wet and slippery. The air conditioning unit was not functioning during my stay, which affected room comfort. When heading to the lobby for breakfast, the elevators were consistently very crowded. I had to wait through several trips up and down before I could use one to go down. At breakfast (around 8:00 AM, with service ending at 10:00 AM), several food items were not being replenished, and the area was quite full with limited seating available. Additionally, the room's sound insulation was limited, and street noise from nearby music/events was clearly audible late at night (around 1:30 AM).
