This is a budget hotel and I do not expect a 5 star experience but cleaning could be improved, there is some mold in the shower that makes it a bit smelly

The lift wasn’t working at all. And once you are at the 16th that’s not ideal at all. Plus, the staff handle it like it was not a big issue. At some point both of the main lifts were broken. I’ve been to the budget units before and never had problems with noise and this time it was a nightmare.
