I had an issue with my check-in. I was double-charged, first on the Trip.com app and then again by the hotel. I needed to get a refund for the second charge. I initially had trouble, but the hotel eventually canceled the second charge.

well located, clean bed, good shower, but ripped towel, mould at the shower room, scratches at he wall paint, dirty lamps. Accor brand deserves more. simplicity does not justify bad maintenance.
