The experience was horrible. Cassia the front desk that made my check in out breakfast on it. I woke up and there was no breakfast included. The staff could not get the breakfast for me (a young boy at the front desk didn’t give any importance to this trouble liven thou I explained to him what happened). The shower made the entire bathroom wet, it looked like a lake. Very dangerous and very slippery. I had to use both towels to dry myself.
