Ok it's low budget, but no water or soap in the rooms? C'mon!

We arrived at the hotel at 11h and the recepcionist said they'd tell us when our room would be ready. We waited and waited and at 13h we started to notice that people that arrived after us and just did the check-in were getting a room already and the line was big. When we asked about our room, they said we should came back to the balcony, but no one told us this, so we waited around 4 hours to get a room, while we saw people getting there much after us getting a room instantly and we asked the recepcionist about we, they said we were in the wrong and ignored us. We ended up getting a room for wheelchair users and it wasn't good. On the first day our room wasn't cleaned and the Air conditioning machine was dirty and made us sick

Regarding the accessible room, during periods of high occupancy we must honor the original room category booked, and unfortunately we are not always able to change categories when the hotel is operating at high demand. We regret if the room did not meet your expectations. We also apologize for the lapse in housekeeping and the condition of the air conditioning unit. Hotle is old. Old towels, scarce water, old beds, old bed sheets and general conservation
