The hotel was in good location but the housekeeping Service or cloran Service was a disaster. During two days dont clean my room.

Lack of daily cleaning in my room (1158)

1. I have used the cup (of tea) on the arrival (Weds. evening), and it was not washed until the day i departed (on Saturday) 2. The dust bins were not emptied every day, in fact they only cleaned on Friday night because i requested the cleaning staff that i met accidentally on the corridor 3. The pillows were not smelling well from the day 1, all of the 4 pillows smelled so awful that i had not used any of them. 4. 'toalha de piso" was the same all 4 days, nobody changed although it was laying on the floor, as an indication for "changing"

Our stay in BH was due to a congress. The hotel room was comfortable, a good size as we were staying with my 11 year old son in the room.

Needs a major reformation and a lot of improvement in the Service

The room: it was dirty, dirty walls with chunks of painting falling apart and dirty all around. Seriously in need of a reformation. The towels were cheap, small and old. Not in line with the hotel class as well as the bed sheets. They were rough, and smelly. The fridge in the room is not a fridge, was more a "conditioning fridge" that didn't made the water/ sodas cold. No zero calories sodas either. Service: same as IBIS, none. Seriously, the service is non existent. Check in is ridiculously long... a LOT of time in line, having everyone paying upfront for the staying, staff that couldn't communicate properly to English speaking guests, which made the waiting time obnoxious, and a staff that is all the time out of their positions chatting with each other. I needed to check in and drop my luggage and go straight to meetings and asked to have my luggage taken to my room, which I was informed they couldn't as there is no staff. For my mistake, my room was not tide-up after my first night, and when I arrived at the hotel after a whole day of work, I needed fresh towels for a bath. I went downstairs to ask for fresh towels 11:30pm and midnight they haven't been delivered yet. I had to call once more to ask for the towels and the gentleman at the reception desk to whom I've made the request in person 30 minutes earlier told me that he believed that the cleaning ladies were on a break. (?) After more 20 minutes one them arrived with the towels apologizing as the internal phones were not working properly. In a nutshell, I had a terrible experience and the service and infrastructure of the hotel does not matches the stars rating and hotel tier it says it does.
