I've stayed on this Hotel for 1 night. The accommodations are nice and the staff attentive. The rooms are comfortable, but it seems that it doesn't have any noise isolation. I wasn't able to sleep well as there was a noise like water dropping from time to time which were not in my room (I had to go to the restroom to make sure). The noise was in the middle of the night and it was not constant (it was active for 10 minutes and then was solved). Another improvement needed is staff on lunch time. Lines can take 30min for simple requests like reactivating key which stopped working.
