front desk was very fast and they were absolutely friendly. The room was great, the bed comfortable and clean, breakfast with a variety of tropical fruit and traditional american brakfast.

We had a great welcome the receptionist was very polite and friendly. However, when we took a shower, there was significant water leaking from the shower into the room. After we informed reception, they offered to change our room. They informed us that we had to go down to reception ourselves to collect the new key card, and that we would also need to return it in the same day. As we were very tired and only staying one night, we did not want to manage this process. In the end, we decided to remain in the same room and returned the card the next morning when we checked out. Although we appreciated the initial welcome, this situation was disappointing and could have been handled more conveniently for guests.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was excellent — the bed was very comfortable, the space was great, and the bathroom was well maintained. The soundproofing of the windows could be improved, although we still slept well at night. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of options. The booking system on the All Accor website is a bit complicated, as it doesn’t allow you to modify anything even when the reservation is flexible, but the front desk staff were very friendly and helped us with our requests. The hotel is carrying out some maintenance work, but it is generally well managed and has little impact on guests. The gym was quite good, though it could use some maintenance
