I greatly enjoyed my stay! My room was amazing, with a comfortable bed, nice restroom, refreshments, and a great view. Additionally, the meals cooked and served by the hotel were delicious and did not disappoint. The staff were exceedingly helpful with my request to extend a few extra days when needed. And lastly, I found the location in the Savassi neighborhood to be safe and convenient. I dream of visiting Brazil again (I even started learning Portuguese), and if I do, I would like to stay here again!

front desk was very fast and they were absolutely friendly. The room was great, the bed comfortable and clean, breakfast with a variety of tropical fruit and traditional american brakfast.

We had a great welcome the receptionist was very polite and friendly. However, when we took a shower, there was significant water leaking from the shower into the room. After we informed reception, they offered to change our room. They informed us that we had to go down to reception ourselves to collect the new key card, and that we would also need to return it in the same day. As we were very tired and only staying one night, we did not want to manage this process. In the end, we decided to remain in the same room and returned the card the next morning when we checked out. Although we appreciated the initial welcome, this situation was disappointing and could have been handled more conveniently for guests.
