The room was dirty, the service was terrible and I place a sing to "not disturb" in my room, and the housekeepers enter it anyway. The worst experience I've had in a Accor hotel I've ever had.

It could be better. Apparently the air conditioning wasn’t working satisfactorily. We couldn’t reduce the temperature to the level we would feel comfortable. In previous stays we used to enjoy CNN in English on the tv. Now, they have only Brazilian channels. Compared to Budget alternative, besides the space, there were very few differences.

although the staff is friendly, didn't find it professional. I was assigned to a room already occupied by other guest and it was very embarrassing and uncomfortable to walk in someone else's room. During check out I was also charged with a bill that belonged to another guest. there's for sure a need for training the staff.

Nice and pleasant hotel, with a modern atmosphere and a good pool. Personal very nice and handful. Good bed, good shower, good tv set. Redtaurant closes too early tough But in overall, I have nothing to complain about.

Internet simply wont work. I tried to change rooms, but the problem stayed. Another issue is about the shower. I cant get the water in a temperature that is satisfaying. Dont have any of this issues on ibis on São Paulo.

It was good. The staff were kind. The key system had to be changed every day in a four days stay! The bathrooms could be cleaner!

The management was kind and helpful. The location was great but our room was quite gross. There was random underwear under the bed and black mold all over the shower. Definitely did not feel that our room was clean or safe at all.

I’ve stayed in a Accor hotel before and I must say this time was very disappointing. I arrived in the middle of the night and after 10h of travelling I found a bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned that day. There were little flies and everything. There was a strand of hair in the bathroom and I’m 100% it wasn’t mine nor my bfs, since it was straight hair and we both have curly hair. I was so tired I took the shower anyway and slept. The next day I reported the situation at the front desk and asked for special attention to the bathroom during room service that day. Well, later on that day I came back to the hotel to find the bathroom still was not very clean. Less flies, but still there. I heard all rooms were occupied and I believe they do not have enough employees for that kind of situation. Disappointment is the word that best describes my stay. Unfortunately. I must add the gentleman who was at the coffee place on Sunday morning and the lady at the reception desk on Saturday night were EXTREMELY friendly and polite. The only thing worth a 10 during my stay.

It was a short but nice experience. Location wise, the hotel is very good. It is in a calm area, however the car traffic and noise surround may be an issue sometimes. The room was clean, but the shower area has many bugs, I don't know if that is due to unclean walls at the shower, but it seems to be difficult for the room makers to wash the wall since there is only a fixed shower, there is no flex hose at there.

The air condicioning machine was dripping water, the door was kind of jammed (hard to close) and the cleaning staff missed my room one day even though I was out from 08am to 10pm. The corridor was not very clean too.
