Room was small, which was expected, but the freezer inside was completely empty and there wasn't a single cup available for whatever I need. I had to ask at the reception for a pair of (paper) cup. TV channels available were also very poor options. I counted 5 Korean channels and one of them even didn't have subtitles (?).

The rooms are clean and quiet. Location is excellent for cultural activities (Pça da Liberdade) and for meetings, etc. A shout out to Paulo at the Desk. He was super attentive, efficient, and kind. And he's multilingual. Chef Alessandra's cuisine is healthy, simple, and delicious :) We'll miss her dinners.

I have been an All Accor customer for many years! I always prefer to stay in every place I've been! However, we have needed to carry our own pillows for some time now! The IBis Savassi pillows are very, very bad!
