I would like to express may dismay with service: the variety of dishes served at the buffet was very limited, the food wasn't hot enough, and on the other hand, the drinks were served warm. I asked a waiter for ice, who said there wasn't any; minutes later I saw another waiter serving ice to another guest. The water sold at the bar near the reception wasn't cold either.

Simplesmente vergonhoso o atendimento do Ibis Belo Horizonte, anunciam o quarto adaptado como sendo o mais barato entretanto a cama é inferior ao padrão do Ibis, duríssima. O piso do quarto é horrível todo torto, impossível imaginar como uma pessoa com deficiência vai se deslocar naquela rampa. Como chegamos muito tarde não solicitamos a troca nem a limpeza do quarto porque acho vergonhoso um hotel desta categoria e credenciado Accor não cuidar do básico. Horrível, não recomendo a ninguém.
