I used the room 1354, the same had problem in the window and I contracted a flu, because we´d a strong wind in the nights from Belo Horizonte. I used a glass in the first night, the glass stay "dirted" untill at the last night. I staied by 5 nights. Breakfast. The concern from team is to get the number of room. Tables with garbages and food scrap is the normal in the 5 mornings. bed, was great sheet, was cleaned bathroom, was OK

The best that your staff would do for us for the inconvenience of the AC not working was to give us a single free drink OR a single piece of cake for each of us (2 guests). And that was ONLY if they had to downgrade our room. This level of customer service was ridiculous. They could've at least offered one day for us to enjoy the breakfast buffet because these rooms are not cheap at all. I'm also going to be leaving a review on Google because I don't see how this is an appropriate way to handle issues where the staff is at fault. Our room was not ready to receive guests because something in the control room was not switched on which left us with an AC unit that turned on but didn't cool the room down. Absurd.

The room was clean and organized, breakfast was very good. The staff was kind, and the 2 water bottles were a nice "plus". We only had one minor issue: the bathroom shampoo/soap was empty and we only realized it in the morning. Since we were in a rush, we weren't able to address it.

The quality of the hotel is according to the cost, so no fancy rooms, but comfortable and nice. The most remarkable point for me was the excellent service from reception.
