Beautiful hotel right in the city center. The suite is spacious, elegantly decorated, comfortable and quiet. We love the festive decoration and the service but above all are the staffs. I have traveled for 22 years all over the world but the service at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is one of the finest. This is my "home" in Hanoi. Thank you for taking great care of us every time.

As always, we really enjoyed our visit to the Metropole. We had family visiting in Vietnam and they were able to experience the Metropole for a night. Service, food, rooms, amenities and especially staff were as good as always and we appreciated extras such as the different welcome card (a great souvenir) and nice room upgrade. I never have anything bad to say about the Metropole, and it is a great experience to be able to stay here for one or more nights. We will surely be back.
