Every moment was magical. It was not just a hotel. It was a sensory experience! I have stayed at Burj al Arab, the Palazzo Versace and Como Treasury and this hotel is on par with the Burj. Food was excellent , rooms were well appointed and clean and the pool/ spa/ gym was amazing. I like to send an extended email outlining my wonderful experience to the GM and Regional GM.

It's indeed a legendary hotel, we choose our anniversary here and get surprisingly upgraded to a larger heritage wing room. The room is newly rennovated, quite mordern and luxrious. All the staff are also quite attentive and nice. We'll really come back again.

Stayed here over Labour Day and it completely exceeded expectations. The Heritage Wing is beautiful and the butlers were brilliant. Breakfast was enormous and really good quality, Do the Bunker Tour! Pool bar area in the evenings is great for winding down and finally Beaulieu was also really good for dinner, it was special without being too formal.
