A true luxury hotel. Starting from the check-in where we didn't have to stay at the reception. They took care of all the check-in while we are sitting in the lobby and sipping the welcome drink. We stayed at the heritage wing and I am not sure if it worth the money compared to the opera wing. Our room was small but luxurious. The breakfast was good and has alot of varieties and was enjoyable by the pool. The hotel is located at the old quarter which has an access to alot of locations.

I spent 3 nights here on the last leg of my Vietnam holiday. This French inspired accomodation is pure luxury. From the rooms to the restaurant to the pool. There is a spa available as well. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and plenty of areas for some rest. The staff are wonderful in assisting with tours and directions

Definitely worth the price for us. Service was unmatched. We booked with Amex platinum. Included breakfast, tea, and happy hour. Butler service was always available via WhatsApp from verifying when we came in from the airport to spa service arrangements to packing our bags before we left. We felt very taken care of and the staff and managers truly went above and beyond every step of our stay.

Gel Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We stayed in a very spacious and comfortable (72sq m) suite in the newer wing, and enjoyed looking onto the street far below. We'd originally booked a room in the old heritage wing but we didn't miss it at all and declined to move there for the next night. We enjoyed doing laps in the pool early in the morning and sitting round the pool for dinner in the evening. The breakfast was wonderful and once we liked the Terrace restaurant didn't try the other two. The concierge service was excellent and gave us good recommendations and walking routes. One of the best hotels we've stayed at and would love to visit there again.
