During our stay in Vietnam, we were fortunate to have 2 stays at the Metropole and on each occasion we experienced perfection! From arrival, during and up until departure, the Hotel couldn’t be faulted. All staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and breakfast and lunchtime offered everything we wanted. Our rooms exceeded expectations and we would have stayed longer if it had been possible. A MUST revisit Hotel!! Thanks to everyone ..

Everything was perfect from the start as expected of a luxury heritage hotel. The room was tastefully decorated with modern comfort and yet retained the past. Breakfast spread was lavish with selection of different local noodle dishes to please those keen to sample these famous hanoi local food. The highlight was the bomb shelter tour exclusive to guests only. The storytelling about the history of the hotel and how it intertwines with that of Hanoi gave us more insights why this hotel is a legend.
