a little disappointing

Bed was good as expected, staff were nice and breakfast was very good. However there were no towels in the bathroom and as we arrived very late it was a bit painful to query them (room phone to reception didn't work, so I had to take the lift), the large soap/shampoo dispenser that replaces the small bottles didn't work and the shower head didn't fit in its holder: one had to hold it in hand. In addition when reporting the malfunctions the following morning, although the receptionist was nice and said she took note, she offered no apology for the inconvenience nor said thank you for reporting things that had obviously not been reported by previous guests. All in all well below the standards expected at an Ibis hotel I guess.

Friendly, helpful staff and a small but nice room. Door key card can get decoded by phone, and then you can't get in the room.

Bellow expectations for the price even *** hotel. Overall room cleaned every day, however more care for details as vacuuming under bed.... Breakfast overal Ok, generaly average, everyday same, no fresh vegetable, no black tea, no fresh water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are soberly furnished but decent and clean. The reception is staffed 24/24, which is a great plus. The only suggestion for improvement I want to mention is the bathroom: it is obviously fully functional and clean, but it is pretty "sterile" in my opinion (completely plastic and white), which is probably easy in terms of maintenance and cleaning, but does not really feel too cosy.
