The hotel ibis Lyon Caluire Cité Internationale is located north of Lyon, on the A6 exit 5: Caluire-et-Cuire, near the International City-Congress Center, 12-min walk away by the peace bridge. From Part-Dieu TGV station take Bus C1/C2 stop Saint-Clair Square Brosset. A 3-star hotel, close to the Caluire-et-Cuire exit of the A6/A7 highway, 25 min by taxi or car from Lyon Saint-Exupery Airport via the N346 highway. Located near the banks of the Rhone, it is the ideal starting point for stays for business or with family to discover historic Old Lyon. You can visit the Jean Moulin Memorial in Caluire or stroll in Tête d'Or park, both nearby. You can also follow the Croix-Rousse hill down to the town hall and Place Bellecour.

This is just a regular IBIS hotel -- clean, big enough room. Nothing super exciting. Good enough breakfast for a couple of days stay (actually, only for the first morning for me). There was a complete electricity outage in the hotel during my second night there -- no light, just cold snacks and warm (not hot at all) water in the breakfast. No even excuse from the staff. So, my very first stay as ALL Accor Platinum member was not very pleasant. :)))
