Accueil agréable, chambre pas très grande mais propre. En revanche l’insonorisation est vraiment à revoir. Ma fille et son amie côté boulevard n’ont pas pu dormir à cause des bruits de la ville. Cher pour un 2 étoiles de cette qualité. Décevant.

Chambre bruyante malgré le 9ème étage. Bruit de l'ascenseur et bruit de la rue car l'hôtel est situé à un croisement de plusieurs routes à fort débit. Climatisation difficile à régler car aucune indication de température.

At the checkout the agent from Eastern Europe was extremely aggressive and rude! He told us that he will attack and punch us if we don’t leave!!!!!

Ive had a good stay at your hotel, the welcome at the reception was exceptional by your american collegue who does an outstanding job! Only think I missed was a water heather in the room, to make some coffee in the morning.

The lady staff at the counter was rude, I had booked for a three bedroom room and was provided two separate rooms, The lady at the counter was like take it or leave it, no empathy at all. The lift was covered with all cloth like a butchery. The rooms looked unsafe.
