The room was incredibly dirty. Hairs and dirt all over the floor, the shower and the sink. The bathroom light did not work, it kept buzzing and was hard to see anything. The window led to a terrace that was full of trash. Not only an unpleasant view but also unpleasant odors.

I booked a triple room and got a standard double room. Asked the receptionist who said there were no triple rooms available, despite booking my room since one year! The room had no hand towels, and no hand soap, and the bathroom was in very bad condition and had a dirty floor. In short, it was a disaster.

Black mould on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. Old and dilapidated. Only thing that kept it above 1 was the extremely friendly staff
