I booked several rooms for a group of my friends (including myself) to stay for one night at this lovely hotel. All the staff were very kind, rooms were clean, and the bar service was good. Although the space for entering and exiting the parking was narrow, given the fact that the hotel is located in the very center of the old district of the city, having the possibility to park car in the same building where the hotel is located was extremely convenient. A small downside was that, my friends who stayed in the room 209 told me that the heater did not work well and therefore they felt cold during the night. This was not the case for other rooms that I booked for myself and for my other friends.

room 512 has roof drainage pipe built in behind wall. Whole night rain water drainage sound disturbed sleep. like most other Mercure hotel shower always leaks to bathroom floor. Most Mercure hotel shows it age.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is situated perfectly for exploring all Rouen has to offer. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Privileged room was spacious for our stay.

Room a bit dated. Flush on toilet (room 326) very poor.

Overall great experience but with some very minor points: tray with food was lying on the floor for 2 days in the elevator area, nobody took care of it. We couldn't order drinks (room service was not available at 6pm) and no- one in the bar. But those are really minor items.
