Very nice hotel right in the heart of Rouen. We had a lovely room on the first floor. It was very comfortable and well fitted. Bed was great and our dog was made very welcome. Only slight issue was no heated towel rail in the bathroom but other than that small item, it was a great stay and we would definitely use it again.

Good location but the rooms are cold and are not allowed to go over 19c. Gym is good

Appreciated hotel's central location with on site parking. Pleasant staff but service a haphazard & inconsistent which was inconvenient at times. For example, a good breakfast choice but no salt or pepper available or spare, clean knives one & morning there were only tea spoons to eat cereal with. Asking for things to be provided did not always produce them. One of our rooms had a very poor shower - no water from the main head so only the hand held functional. The lighting in the rooms was very poor, dim bedside lamps & nothing overhead. Bathroom lighting absolutely terrible. Corridors & rooms needed a paint refresh, quite run down in places.

Was a wonderful stay and staff were lovely and helpful. The room was excellent however a little tired in some places but was perfect for our stay. We would stay here again above other places.
