If you want central location hotel which is of good quality, then this establishment is perfect. Friendly professional staff and nice rooms is the order of the day. All sites are within easy reach with good restaurants and café.

I found the hotel clean and presentable. Some staff were more welcoming than others. I had 2 issues during my stay which I found upsetting as a solo female traveller and an inconvenience. On the 1st morning whilst waiting for friends to arrive from outside the hotel to collect me, a man approached me in the reception asking me to take him up to the 4th floor. It seemed he had already approached reception as I stated I could not help him and to ask the receptionist, to which he said she wouldn't. This person had asked me if I was staying at the hotel and as I wondered if they were some kind of security I replied that I was. This made me feel very vulnerable. The receptionist should have taken some action before he was allowed to approach a guest. That evening I brought this up with reception and advised them I had been perturbed by this encounter. I was assured the person had been removed but did not receive an apology or great reassurance. On going up to my room I turned the lock in the door and it wouldn't work. I returned to reception and informed them of this. Reception asked a male member of staff to accompany me to check this out, however this person seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about and made me feel insignificant and stupid. He checked the lock and the whole barrel came out in his hand. He informed me he would have to close the room and move me to another room. I let him know I did have an important appointment at 5pm and that it wasn't the best timing. Once again there was no apology. I decided to pack my things up and move before my appointment. He returned to reception and the interne returned with a new key and offered me some help to move. I would say the interne was the most helpful person I met during both these situation and can highly commend her. During these issues I was not offered an apology or any gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience or reassurance that maintenance of the rooms and security would be reviewed. I have left the field above empty as I feel this is an issue which should be reviewed and responded to me privately.

I booked several rooms for a group of my friends (including myself) to stay for one night at this lovely hotel. All the staff were very kind, rooms were clean, and the bar service was good. Although the space for entering and exiting the parking was narrow, given the fact that the hotel is located in the very center of the old district of the city, having the possibility to park car in the same building where the hotel is located was extremely convenient. A small downside was that, my friends who stayed in the room 209 told me that the heater did not work well and therefore they felt cold during the night. This was not the case for other rooms that I booked for myself and for my other friends.
