Some elements were not satisfying in the room, the water boiler not working, impossible to use the soap in the shower it was not working, had to use hand soap to wash, I was also stuck in the hotel lift for a while with two older ladies, the hotel needs renovation

The stay was lovely. The beds are uncomfortable, but mattress preference is different from one person to another. We found it too hard. However, that would not put us off staying there again
