The location of the hotel is excellent and the service, in particularly the bar/restaurant is very good. The lady receiving us in the evening of our arrival was not too interested in us, but the service at the reception desk became better with change of personnel. The room was a disappointment. Big, yes, but dark and out dated, humidity damage in the bathroom and a huge spider net outside the window, so did not want to open the window to air the room. I have had much nicer rooms in other Mercure hotels where I have stayed.

Mediocre hotel in the middle of Rouen centre. I couldn't use the parking facility since all the roads were closed for the traffic. I didn't know that I required a pass code to open the barriers. The parking directions were not clear on the website. The related information was sent on the reservation day and I was unable to check my emails.

Walking distance to main sites. Only challenge we had was the directions for getting to the parking lot which we didn’t find to be clear (and boy the parking spaces were skinny but hotel had warned about that in advance.

The breakfast is quite good. Only the croissant from the backery accross the hotel are better. Your staff is quite competent and helpfull. The storage possiblities in the room is limited. Thanks and happy Halloween
