The bedroom had good accessible facilities. The bed was comfortable. Good television in room with plenty of channels. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice on a serve yourself basis. Due to a disability I would have had some difficulty in climbing the few steps into the breakfast area had my wife not been present. The hotel in well situated for visiting the main attractions of Rouen.

Finding the parking lot was horrible, but the hotel was perfect. Excellent room and shower, wonderful breakfast. We loved the location.

Hotel in excellent position near Cathedral, large clock and Beau arts museum. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast superb, but if you have disability there are 3 or 4 steps up to breakfast area and no ramp. Some rooms have better views than others. There were 2 lifts.Room had large television with plenty of channels. Unlimited water in refillable large glass bottles in reception area.
