However, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced during breakfast. Our breakfast service does indeed conclude at 9:30 AM, and we regret that the items available did not meet the quality standards we strive for. Your comments regarding the temperature of the milk and the state of the food items have been noted and will be addressed with our team. Regarding the receipt policy, we understand that receiving your receipt at checkout can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter.
