The Tram service at Toton Lane Park & Ride is a five-minute drive, offering a Trams to Nottingham. East Midlands Airport is just 30 minutes away and Long Eaton Station is 10 mins taxi

My main negative is that there's not a good visible signage at the roadside. I drove past and had to ask someone further down the road how to get to the hotel!! It was perfectly situated for us being close to the motorway. The room was really pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good but let down for me by cold scrambled eggs while other cooked items were hot and delicious.

Staff offered us a lot of help since we arrived, even in the late night they still sort our problem. Breakfast buffet is nice, but could be better if more variety.

Sometimes it’s not just about the stay , how nice the room is or how good the food was . This hotel covered all of this with 10/10 results . It’s also about the greeting , the service and how helpful everyone is . This hotel was fantastic. I had booked a room for just me . I had a friend who wanted to come so I rang the hotel to see if it was ok for him to join me . The lovely lady was so helpful and managed to change my room for a twin . There was no extra charge and when I got to the hotel everything was sorted . From the moment I walked in to the moment we walked out the staff were helpful , friendly, warm , funny and all done naturally, not just a front . One big plus was the breakfast had chopped tomatoes and black pudding 😊. The hash browns were crispy and tasted spot on . Many are soggy , but not these . Loads of choice as well and again friendly staff . The room had an amazing walk in shower which I struggled to out off lol 😂. To be fair , I’ve not got enough superlatives for my experience. 100% , 10/10 absolutely spot on . Thank you so much for our stay with you . 😊

I stay at this hotel a lot. Recently, I've started to experience problems. A couple of times it was due to the room power tripping out and then having to call reception. The last time there was a very strong refrigerant smell, which meant I had to move rooms. For the money I've paid, I expect a little more from my stays.
