The Tram service at Toton Lane Park & Ride is a five-minute drive, offering a Trams to Nottingham. East Midlands Airport is just 30 minutes away and Long Eaton Station is 10 mins taxi

Dated public areas needed of an upgrade. Facilities not up to standard. Shower flooded and hairdryer not working. Emergency lighting was more like a night light and intrusive

Stay here about three times a year and the rooms are always very comfortable. Service was as usual very good but the food was very disappointing. My meal in the evening was very different to what was described on the menu and certainly didn't match the £15 price. This is such a shame as the rest of the hotel is great.

The room is full of smoking smell. Also, the air ventilation is not work, hence my daughter keep sneezing the whole night. The carpet have small insert. I reported the issue on bad smell when I check out, and the staff said they will contact me after checking. But sure, no one call me until now.

It was a good location to stop by on the way further North. Could have done with a gym, but otherwise nice, decent restaurant and bar and good breakfast.
