I use the hotel regurlarly and have no complaints in regards to cleanliness, helpfulness of staff etc however I did book a Queen bed room and was provided with two twins pushed together, the beds were at different heights or had different toppers on causing uncomfortable nights! Room was 356

I have stayed here several times, the location is very convenient for the motorway and for accessing Nottingham city centre. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. On this visit, the hotel was fully booked, and the breakfast service on Sunday morning was rather disorganised and chaotic. Buffet items took a long time to be replenished and crockery and cutlery kept running out. There was only one 4-slice toaster for the entire restaurant, and the sliced bread provided did not fit in it!

Hotel was lovely and staff friendly. Rooms were clean apart from under beds which seemed to have been overlooked for some time, shame as everything else was very good. Breakfast at 9:30 was extremely busy and staff struggled to keep up with restocking, eggs were coming out on a plate 10 at a time only, and then another long wait. Again, other than restocking issues, it was a very good breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff however, your hotel decor is looking a little "tired" in places but nevertheless very clean and tidy. I would have said we were more than satisfied but unfortunately the constant noise/s below our room all night was rather tiresome.

I chose Novotel Nottingham Derby for its location and because a good night’s sleep was important, even paying extra for an Executive Premium Room. The location was great, but the room was hot and extremely noisy. There was air conditioning, but I chose not to use it because switching it on only added even more noise on top of the already loud ventilation. As a result, I barely slept. Very disappointing for a premium room booked specifically for comfort.

The bedroom is super comfortable and the AC ensure the room is cool. Better efforts need to be made by the kitchen for the dinner service - it took over 30 minutes for the dinner arrive, and although I could see there are other customers, it wasn't busy enough to justify why it took so long. Member of staff did not explain this and service staff just stood around the bar.
