The hotel was lovely and clean, the menu was slightly limited, but the food we had was great, the team were all friendly and welcoming - Winston greeted us and was a really positive, friendly face of the hotel and Sophia was working in the restaurant/bar for our two evenings and was extremely helpful and friendly, they both really stood out during our stay due to their great service. We were going to the NEC and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to staying there again next year!

Great location as very near NEC (love the trips on the monorail!), staff were really helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable (probably one of the best hotel showers I've ever had!) , a really great budget option.

Market demand dictates pricing in the Hotel sector, I get it, but I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 5 months and to be charged nearly double the price for an inferior room, because demand was higher due to events at NEC is frustrating. No loyalty to customers. Whilst I appreciate the challenges faced by hospitality industry in the past 18 months and understand they need to make as much money as they can, they will need repeat customers long term.

The hotel is basic but functional - a room to sleep and get clean. The food and drink at the hotel was nice, and reasonably priced, so no need to venture anywhere further, although you could catch the monorail to the train station and walk to the Resort World building for other food & drinks options.

The hotel is shabby, not particularly clean bearing in mind covid. Ran out of breakfast items, no bacon, sausage, bread for toast or coffee. Huge queues at check-in. Plently of staff but not organised at all. DO NOT STAY UNLESS DESPERATE

We couldn’t get into breakfast so we left & found somewhere else to eat, this made it an expensive stay for 1 night. It was good to get the discounted car parking as otherwise it would cost £46:20

Whilst the room was most satisfactory as with previous visits the lack of respect shown by many guests regarding the wearing of masks was somewhat disconcerting. Also, the menu in the bar was disappointingly limited and overall our stay was nowhere near as good as in the past.

The room was terrible. The toilet was in a cupboard, no kettle and we had to make the third bed up ourselves. Staff were confused about car parking and really unhelpful when we tried to unpick this. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Stayed in the ibis budget BHX airport for one night before our flight, at less than £40 u can’t fault it. Not somewhere I’d want to stay for a long period but for what we needed it for it was perfect.

The hotel is fine, the room is as expected, always clean and i enjoy staying in this hotel. however the need to wait in line everyday so that the keycard can be re-registered is very irritating. it is the only hotel that does this, the explanation of having visited the NEC is totally unacceptable. hotels all over the world are next to airports and conference centres, yet only in this one do i have to wait everyday to re-register the card.

After a 14 hour flight our stay at the IBIS budget Birmingham was excellent. Very low price as we only needed a bed for the night before our short flight back home to Spain the next morning. Thought it would be noisy in the rooms as the bar area was packed, with a really nice atmosphere, but didn't hear a sound Would stay here again but bring an adapter as no usb port and we had all ours in the cases checked in at twilight
