Although the budget rooms are small they have all the necessary facilities for a one night airport stop over and for the price they are excellent value. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptionally good and the prices reasonable. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant were not great and others got table service while we did not. On going to the bar the lady was on her phone and then poured me the wrong drink... not the end of the world but did let things down somewhat.

Very convenient for getting to and from the airport front doors - the only issue I had was the TV in the room wasn't working (I was only staying a short time so wasn't worth the hassle of mentioning it to reception)

Good location poor facilities

Have stayed in these hotels before but now the facilities have become very poor- no tea and coffee making facilities!!! Also stayed in a room opposite the railway line, and as the windows do not close properly and there are no curtains, the noise was annoying all niight and kept us awake. Will have to pay more for a room in future will not be revisiting IBIS Budget

Have stayed in these Hotels before, but now there are limited facilities in the rooms, no tea and coffee making facilities, also had a room opposite the Train Line, the Windows do not close properly and there are no curtains so the noise was annoying and kept us awake. Will not use this version of the hotel again, will have to pay more and stay away from Budget IBIS

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 4 days and the bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size for the both of us the view from our room was really good and it was just lovely to be able to spend time with each other away from family and we both had a really great 4 days whilst we was here and we will stay at this hotel again because the price of the hotel was really good

The heat was so extreme in the room without the heating on and opening the window was pointless cause it was so loud. Only managed to get a few hours sleep. Very hard mattresses also, would not recommend

The pillows, including the spare pillows, were too hard and too thick. It made my neck ache using them and consequently I had a poor nights sleep. Otherwise everything was fine. Would not use again unless pillow choices are available.

Very close to the airport

We found the room rather small but as only there for 1 night, it was fine. If we were staying longer, I might have not have selected it. The staff were exceptional snd could not do enough for us. The proximity to departures was fantastic, taking 3-4 minutes to get there. An short, enjoyable experience.

No help in carrying luggage to room, we had 6 luggage with us, poor and lengthy check in even after online check in.
