Ver pleasant and comfortable, nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sophie in the bar in particular was very helpful she was knowledgeable about gluten free options. The room was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet and we had a comfortable sleep to start our holiday.

Paid for a package including parking. VFM excellent. Impressed with rooms, functional and well maintained. Restaurant prices and service time for food by Harman were excellent. 5 mins walk from the check in desks make it an excellent location for the airport departures.

Super basic, no frills hotel. Exactly as expected. Room toilet smelled a little funky on check in though. Should probably check that out. Staff across the board were lovely. Special shoutout to Anya from Front Office and Harman from F&B! Both were extremely engaging & polite. Overall, cheap, cheerful & exactly as expected.

Ideal for anyone leaving on an early morning flight from BHX!!

The room was very clean and ample bedding. Food was extremely tasty and our host, Harman, was very professional and helpful, even though he was extremely busy all evening! A place that I would recommend to anyone flying out of Birmingham, UK.

The room was a good size, clean and value for money this time. The restaurant food is very basic and overpriced- but the beer is great and a good choice of wine. The service was great. Harman , our waiter was friendly and efficient. He actually made the meal far more enjoyable.
