Hotel is very basic but it is a very convenient location. Price is definitely ok for an on airport location. Restaurant is ok - basic menu - a bit pricy - but again very convenient location. Service from Ankita was great - quick and friendly. Well done.

As regards the quality of the food and the value for money, this was very average, but the quality of the service, it was brilliant. Ankita was attentionate, prompt, excellent in every respect. Nothing was too much trouble. Hence the 4: 3 + 5 divided by 2.

Got to the hotel early and we got our key straight away as our room was ready, so thank you for that. Bar area clean and tidy. Room was as expected basic but very clean. No hand towels only bath sheets but not a problem for us. A personal preference but pillows were rock hard, but lovely girl at reception gave me another to replace it still hard but a little better, but as I say just my preference would of liked a softer pillow. Overall enjoyed our stay and would use again.

Matt in the restaurant asked me the fill this in so he can win a competition. Besides that Matt was attentive and not overbearing, and the food was really really really really really nice. There’s a 200 minimum character limit for this review so aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

We had dinner at the bar/restaurant area and Harman was extremely professional and very polite with very good sense of houmour which made our stay more enjoyable. He is definitely an asset. If we will be flying from Birmingham airport we will definitely come back.
