Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport is also just 2-minute shuttle ride from NEC, Resorts World, Genting Arena and BHX train station (Airport SkyRail shuttle). Shocked.Wind whistling through the window all night! No plug sockets by bed to put a cpap machine!! No hair dryer No kettle (WOW) No real chair for anyone with disabilty. 1 bed pillow each. It really is a BUDGET hotel. 131.00 pounds not worth it. Never again.

Having flown in to the airport I don’t think the hotel prices should be inflated, if there are events happening nearby. I believe as it’s an airport hotel, if you can prove a flight you should be able to get it at a reasonable price. Room is very basic, blind wasn’t very good at keeping the light out.

The room was small but ok for one night. An iron was provided but no hairdryer. The cafe bar was very full but there was plenty of space at the adjacent Novotel which serves the same menu.
