I know this is budget hotel, but the first room we have is room 227 has horrible smells, the reception is nice and arrange another room which is 428 which is good. I think the smelly room is not supposed to be arranged to customer in the first place.

We got there quite late due to train issues the room smelled of drains and the shower and toilet kept gurgling through the night we felt a little sick next morning

Only reason not for scoring it "10" was a delay in checking out due to only one person on duty at check out, who was having to deal with a booking/pricing problem of another guest.

Great place to stay before an early flight. Bar with great food. Tea and coffee facilities not in room, on another floor which was fine however not replenished so not available during our stay.
