Bit unfair about dropoff with csmera car on carpark opposite nut did alliw us leeway as reception told me he was thete good kob my friend rang me very quick and i was able to talk to them. Thry wete gone at six so maybe better drop off time or not bother with hotel again

Don't stay hear avoid worse hotel ever

Myself and 6 colleagues 2 of which flew in from the states stayed at this hotel May 9th -12th, each check in was a battle stating we didn't have a reservation after showing my email confirmation this was then resolved, each day we had to change keys as they were deactivated, the reception staff were very rude one in particular, on a positive 2 were very helpful, one guest was removed from his room whilst out working all his belongings were packed away without any warning, two rooms were entered by other guests at 12.30am all in all it was the worse experience ever, the bar staff tried there best but they were way under staffed.

The bright green plastic and linoleum floor was a disappointing surprise. Although The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant very basic. The food was ok and the idea of a pizzeria was great but in reality it was a couple of quiet tables and food had to be ordered in the cafeteria style restaurant where the tables were very close together. Unfortunately this hotel made Travelodge seem luxurious.

We booked a room. We got a room. A kettle and teabags would've been nice, but I suppose that's outside the remit of a budget room.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had stayed here previously hence reason for returning. Very close to Airport and local bus/train services. kast time we stayed it was in slightly more expensive section of hotel but this time as only for a night we went budget. Rooms were clean and tidy and given proximity to airport very well sound proofed. Did not eat in hotel but had a few drinks in the bar and they were pretty reasonably priced.

Extremely handy for NEC, short walk over to airport terminal and airtrain over to station and exhibition centre. Budget rooms grand. Seperate shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin but was fine. No kettle in rooms but there is an area on the first floor with hot water (when stocked up), teabags, coffee, milk, etc. Breakfast/ restaurant area is shared between Ibis and Ibis budget and breakfast is quite good. Staff friendly and the ladies behind the bar and taking the food orders were so busy but always so pleasant.

This is my go to stay when I am leaving at the early hours from BHX. Drop off in front of the hotel is a nightmare. My suggestion for anyone attempting is to go into the lot, and pay the parking. The restaurant makes a good pizza, but not much else. the menu is bare bones at best
