On arrival, recption staff were friendly and helpful. The first room allocated had no working aircon and it was around 33 degress outside but far higher inside due to the lack of aircon and curtains open letting the sun in. Rang reception and they allocated another room with, thankfully, working aircon. The second room was twin bed only due to availability (not too much of an issue). The room was battered to say the least: stained carpet, parts of the door had delaminated, either make-up or blood on the inside of the bathroom door, what looked like a footprint, yes footprint(!) two thirds of the way up the door, blakcmold in the bathroom, a shower that only had two temperatures: lava or very hot, a very stained ironing board. Dinner was unimpressive - staff a little amateurish, food underwhelming: an udon noodle dish with unseasoned chicken, over cooked veg and very sickly sweet sauce. Breakfast was pretty good, all be it a little on the luke warm side but plentiful and tasty. Again reception staff were very nice on check out. Having to pay an additional premium for parking is a little nuts too. All in all, a very mixed stay.

all in all it shpuld have been muxh better . as thw air conditioning in room did not work and it was 35 degrees , reception gave mr a fan which was not very good the fan noise kept us up all night

Great stay, but the pool was not working on arrival which was a disappointment as we specifically booked for this reason. We asked to speak to a Manager and were met my a lovely lady, the duty manager who understood our frustration. She kindly gave us a part refund which was great of her. We will definitely be back to stay after such great service. Thank you

Could not sleep comfortably for 3nights booked there. Room too hit and fan too small to cool the room and noisy throughout the night. I booked the room 3months in advance. After a 5hour journey drive to be given that room and told that tge hotel was fully booked so could not be moved to another room. The breakfast was good.
