One receptionsist, Gerry excellent, the others not so good, did not have time for you. Requested a shower room but only got a room with a bath. Ferry changed our room but the heater was not working so only had a stand alone heater in the room.

Breakfasts weren’t well stocked and staff were very slow in restocking and responding to requests. Unfortunately the atmosphere in the hotel was uncomfortable due to a large group of guests that had no regard to other guests, hotel staff or property. This was unfortunately not the fault of the hotel but just marred the whole stay.

Friendly welcome from reception staff. The hotel was clean and our room was quiet. We were not disturbed by an ongoing wedding party. The pool and spa facilities were good though the changing area was tight for space. Restaurant service was fine (despite there being a large crowd on a coach trip desperate to get as much food on their plates as quickly as possible - staff were more patient than I would have been!) and our meals were well cooked and presented. We would certainly return. The only gripe was the parking fee for hotel guests.
