comfortable bed and quite room and coffee was not to bad either can not say anything about breakfast as did not have it too early in the morning for me. one small niggle was the heat in the room but thats just me not used to it

My grandson was trying out for junior team GB. So it was ideally situated for us and dog friendly. It would be ideal for visiting other local amenities. The walk along the canal at Willington was lovely and only a few minutes down the road.

Location, cleanliness all good. The downside, the room attendant let herself in the room before we'd checked out.

I took my niece to alton Towers for a 21st birthday. The hotel staff were so welcoming and understanding. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. Definitely would come here again.
