Ibis Budget Derby has spotlessly clean rooms and a friendly professional team as frequently highlighted in other reviews. Nadia & Paulina are first class... being honest the whole team are fantastic. Rooms are spot-on all round, the bedding is spotlessly clean as well as having air-con in each room, as well as additional heater below the window. All the team work hard, most importantly they all get on well.. because I've stopped at the Ibis Budget Derby many times over the last 6 months and I don't miss a thing ! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly 24/7 Conveniently located for Alton Towers visitors, the hotel also offers free parking (if you book with the app) and pet-friendly policies. Noise level is fine, all the rooms have good sound-proof windows and are child proof. Showers are first class (power showers) spotless again. The hotel has an ironing room, so you can iron your clothing due to it being in your travel bag/suitcase ! If you are staying for a long time, you can use a facility named "WASH ME" at the Willington A38 junction. If you are into coffee when you are out and about try BEEN COFFEE 2 minute walk and a coffee in Hilton named TLC 5 BOTH 5 STAR Free coffee and tea facilities in the reception area is excellent Being in business myself, i can see continuous improvements.. around the hotel If you are the owner WELL DONE Conclusion Would I recommend the Ibis Budget? ANSWER IS YES

The hotel was clean and great value for money .. the shower is amazing like a massage but the best part about my stay was the staff especially nadia she was more than helpful with my requests and helped me out with everything I asked and telling me about deals with every purchase I made

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Derby, made even better thanks to Zaiga. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always with a positive attitude.
