Worst stay we have had at this particular hotel. We use it once or twice a year to visit family. This time the check in Staff were unhelpful. Our original room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. We HAD to change our room it was so bad. No apology nothing. Bathroom had no cups to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. The 2nd room was clean with clean towels and bedding. Over all experience not good. Time to look at staying at another hotel.

The room is basic but has everything you need, extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. No tea / coffee unfortunately and you can hear a lot for neighbouring rooms.
