Close to where I wanted to be. Clean room, and shower facility, ok breakfast (I generally have toast and cereal, cornflakes and white slice as expected). Great price.

This was a first time booking an Ibis hotel. I chose this hotel because we needed to be as close to Leicester city centre, but with convenient, straightforward parking as my wife is on crutches at the moment and I wanted walking to be a guaranteed minimum distance. This is a budget hotel with a budget price and the main reason I've given 10/10, which very rarely do, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with couldn't be more helpful. When the Welcomer saw my wife's crutches, he moved us into a different room, nearer to the lift. This was one of several examples of how considerate the staff were. I would also recommend the breakfast, it was basic but was excellent value for money.

Good budget hotel, if only needed for limited stay. Check in was straight forward, staff pleasant and friendly. Location was handy and surprisingly quiet. Bed was comfy. Rooms are budget size, only downside was cleanliness, floors could of been cleaner (laminate floors-very dusty.) I would definitely stay again and recommend If looking for cheap accommodation.

Due to unexpected travel delay when the M1 was closed for several hours we decided to find a nearby hotel for the night and received a warm welcome from the evening reception staff who quicky allocated us a room. an initial problem with the heating in the room was resolved but this returned later when it was not possible to keep up to a set temperature. As we only stayed one night this was tolerable, but detracted from the overall experience. The cooked breakfast in the morning was well presented and the morning team were very helpful even providing organic soya milk when we asked for this.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Nice staff, comfortable bed and warm room. Not a 10/10 as breakfast was pricey.

Tea and coffee facilities downstairs but no hot chocolate!! I don’t drink tea or coffee

The price paid (£58.96) was higher than confirmed on booking (£52.06). Told that it was due to a second breakfast though also told that second breakfast was at discounted rate of £2. Mattress on bed was badly soiled though sheets were clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great value for money for a quick stay. Nice bathroom and shower appears to be relatively new. Minor criticism the towels and mattress topper had marks on them so attention to detail on the cleaning could be better. Staff sorted the towels with many apologies when we told them.

The room was exactly what I required, compact with excellent ensuite facilities in a separate shower area. Very pleased. Basic room but perfect. I did get woken up early by the lorries driving up the hill in the distance. It might have been the wind direction, a little frustrating but in any case good value for money room.
