Nice food , excellent staff , however the purpose of the stay was to get a good night sleep before an early flight, this was made impossible by a room hotter than hell due to terrible air conditioning

Whilst well located and clean rooms the service levels within the hotel are absolutely shocking. Not only were we made to wait to check in, we were also let down by the restaurant and bar staff. If you want to start your holiday off with some relaxation, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. The restaurant couldn’t accommodate us immediately so we waited an hour for a table only to find others already seated had been waiting for over an hour for food so we went elsewhere. This could be a great hotel but sadly the staff have no clue how to offer a ln efficient service. Unless we receive a full refund we will not be staying again.
