Very comfortable, pleasant room in an ideally-situated hotel. Arrived early after havign noted I'd do so, and no rooms were available for early check-in, but I was assured I'd be notified as soon as one was available. So I sat in the lobby, and then the bar to have a meal (nice staff at the bar, very attentive; the crispy bacon burger was pretty good, but I found the bacon rather stiff and not very savory, detracting from the hamburger)... and then noticed that it was nearly 3PM and I'd seen several people with newly-issued keys. So, clearly, I was forgotten, and had to go up and remind them I was still waiting for a room. Other than that, quite happy, and would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was pleasant and we found the food very good. I was a little concerned about the lack of help for the disabled. In other Accor hotels we have stayed in we have been able to request special assistance help through a concierge but when we inquired we were told to do it ourselves. We are not from the U.K. and we had to make several telephone calls to get it organised. This would have been done for us in other places reducing the stress of disabled travel
