I was disappointed with the service at the hotel, after being moved from a different hotel it good days to get a confirmation of my stay. I asked for interconnecting rooms for my children, however I was put along the corridor. There was rubbish, old food, old towels in the corridor when we arrived, they were still there in the morning. Dinner service was poor, left without drinks after chasing up twice. Dinner was good, as was the buffet for the kids. However a second duplicate meal did arrive. I had an issue at checkout as I tried to use my reward points. I had a preauthorisation taken form my card whilst it was getting sorted, however not heard anything since. Breakfast was nice, although food could do with being a bit hotter. Rooms nice and clean

Room was not ready even though we arrived at 8.30pm. Waited an hour and then room was downgraded. Warm night and air conditioning was broken!

There was some sort of crisis with room cleaning so no room available at 16 15, felt sorry for the young receptionist doing her best to placate people no sign of any management. We accepted a family room with the sofa bed out managed to fold it up so we could move around the room. Clearly there was also a problem with bed linen the bed had a ill fitting sheet which came adrift as soon as you touched it and there was no mattress cover not sure that is acceptable.

Hot rooms, poor staff attitude, poor hygiene

The room was very hot. We left the air conditioner on the entire day we were out yet it was still hot when we returned in the evening. Reception staff were fantastic, engaging and polite. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were down right rude. You ask a question and they look at you, don't answer then walk away. When they do answer it is loud and slow. I appreciate I may be getting on in years, however I am not deaf or mentally delayed. I appreciate freedom day has occurred, yet guests and staff were not wearing masks in in door areas.

Considering the current pandemic situation, overall I enjoyed my stay here. The air conditioning was great in this hot weather and the bed was very comfortable. My room was very comfortable. The staff provide very good service.

I have stayed here on previous occasions (before the pandemic). The standards are top notch as usual and the staff are always accommodating. I was thankful that the room i stayed in (523), the air con was not broken otherwise my sleep would had been slighly uncomfortable, but it wasn't. Breakfast was a thumbs up as usual. I will stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location for the airport. We stayed for one night as a family of 5, in preparation for an early flight the next day. Staff were lovely and the rooms had everything we needed.

We stayed over night for an early flight. We found the room clean and very nice decor. We loved the USB connections by the bed as they were very useful. The room was very modern and we liked the shower in the bathroom too. We would definitely book again.

I made two bookings with you: Thursday - Sunday, and Sunday - Monday. From Thursday - Sunday, my room was not serviced/cleaned at all. It got to the point where I was searching the corridors on every hotel floor in order to locate the maids for fresh towels for my room. On Sunday evening, I ordered food for the first time from your hotel restaurant and was given food poisoning. I was up from 02:30AM vomiting every hour until around 10:30Am, when I left the hotel to get checked out at the hospital.

I was happy to be able to stay after a tiring flight back to the UK. Covid has taken the pleasure from traveling, removing most of the elements and amenities that make it enjoyable, and speedy pre-checkin arrangements don't really work whilst there is skeleton staffing, but it was very convenient and I did feel safe in the hotel, and it was comfortable.
