We were originally booked into the Ibis next door for the night before our holiday. On the Friday before, staying Sunday, I received an email advising we had been upgraded to the Novotel. Didn't think it was genuine so ignored it. On checking in at Ibis was informed it was real. Checked into Novotel on the executive floor, superb spacious clean and quiet room. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and then a quick checkout in the morning. Thank you 😊

Overall a good stay but not without some initial problems. We were traveling with a 92 year old and requested adjoining rooms as they needed assistance. The hotel were informed of this a month in advance. However, on arrival reception knew nothing of our request. After much deliberation and re-organizing Antthony came up trumps and we finally got our adjoining rooms. We would not have slept well without this. Thank you.
