Everything was nice, clean and pleasant. The issue was that there is no electrical socket for hair drier near any mirror. I could not stlye my hair.

The staff were very helpful & friendly..the location of the hotel perfect but the bedroom was disappointing..very uncomfortable pillows, rough, very thin small bath towels, toiletries very basic..The breakfast was only average..for the price we paid & even more money, coming back from our holiday..we expected a much higher standard.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the renovated rooms light and comfortable, the location convenient and the food good, if only a little small choice for a regular guest. The 24 hour bar is a novelty that one doesn’t use to the full but it is nice to be able to have a drink after a long day at the office. Similarly, the availability of a full menu (in the bar after the restaurant closes) to a late hour is wonderful.

As ever, well looked after. It would be nice to have some glasses in the refurbished rooms and mugs rather than just the small mugs.

Received no email about building works at hotel, if we had of, would never have booked.

Noisy, received no email about building works, not a great start to our holiday having to spend all afternoon in Birmingham Airport to get some peace and quiet, complained to Manager who was very apologetic and refunded half our costs but as stated we would never have booked the Novotel had we known as we needed some sleep in preparation for our early flight the next morning.

Novotel offer an excellent Park & Stay option. The road directions are clear, ANPR works well at the multi-storey car park and hotel Reception was very welcoming. The new rooms are extremely comfortable and the restaurant is very good also.

Prefer the walk in shower to bath. Thought there could be more hooks for hanging towels. Difficult to fill the kettle from the tap in the washbasin. Poor design.
