What a fantastic hotel! Have been hugely surprised as never have high hopes at Airport Hotels. Stayed at the Hilton earlier this year at Birmingham airport and the Novotel is head and shoulders above it! Really warm welcome from Kacper on reception who booked us in and made sure our taxi could exit without charge. Such a nice introduction to the hotel - fabulous first impression - thank you 😊 Enjoyed a few pre dinner drinks in the bar and again bowled over by the friendly helpful staff - thank you Kal! Rooms are spotless, well equipped and everything you could want. Lovely big bed and great linen - fabulous bathrooms with Rituals amenities. Coffee machine, mini bar, desk space plus seating area 😊 Hotel is beautiful decorated for Christmas and love the bar and restaurant area. Had a wonderful dinner and great wine. Thank you to Andre & Akshay who were very attentive and made sure we had a great meal. Recommend the house curry and the Hake with lentils which was sublime. Will we stay again? You bet we will!! Can’t recommend kick starting your holiday here enough

Had an amazing stay here! We were here for a comic con event at the NEC. Was very easy to get around. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very welcoming. The room was very spacious and came with everything you need. We were pleasantly suprised with the value for money. 2 special mentions...Abdullah, who was very kind and efficient with our room service order as we fancied having dinner in our room. And Akshay who looked after us in the hotel restaraunt. He was very friendly throughout the whole experience. The food was stunning! Compliments to the chef! And we really enjoyed our evening. Whether your here before a flight or an event in the area. This hotel has everything you need for such a great price. Thank you Novotel, we will be back!

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was quiet and clean and it was extremely convenient for our early morning flight out. The only thing i would have appreciated was an alternative to a duvet as i found the duvet was too warm for the room, even with the aircon on. The restaurant was able to cater for my gluten-free needs, and André was especially helpful.

Last minute stop over at airport hotel and it was great. Excellent check in with great info. Room was great, immaculate and well presented however I was on a very short 9 hour stay but safe to say it would have ticked all the boxes if I was staying longer. Went to the bar for food, service was great and food was even better. Shout out to Kiran who was first class with his service, chat and overall care and attention to his customers (as was all the bar/food team). Breakfast opens at 5am which is a mega plus for early departures, although I don’t generally have breakfast i do love my coffee…..and the team are that good they allowed me in for a coffee 10 mins before breakfast opened. Defo not a standard airport hotel, this is more an upmarket, stylish hotel with care and service that seems to have broken the regular ‘you get what you get with an airport hotel’ mould. One gripe, only one lift working…..personal pet hate of mine however in no way detracts from the experience.
