Visited here for four nights recently and had excellent service, particularly from Kal and Harman in the bar who each provided great service with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring my mum and I were well looked after. Both staff are a credit to the hotel

I stayed here as a solo wheelchair user. Whilst the hotel itself is good they put me on 6th floor with no thought to evacuation in the event of an emergency they did not even ask if I would need any assistance to get out of the building. Should they need arise in this day and age? This is completely unacceptable putting a wheelchair user on the top floor and then not giving them advice on how to evacuate when they can’t walk downstairs is unacceptable. Come on Novotel you need to do better for your disabled guests.

The hotel is lovely but our room 214 was dirty in places . The toilet floor had dirty pieces of toilet paper and hairs behind the door . The bath had many dark hairs in it . The toilet floor was cleaned very quickly . There was only 2 tea bags and when we asked for more we’re told only peppermint tea was available . There were 2 large stains on the carpet , one outside the bathroom door which had been attempted to be removed but there was a large stain on the floor under the left hand bedside shelf . Very off putting when putting your bare feet on the floor . The breakfast was good and plenty of it .
