It would have been nice to have been told that you had to use your room card to work the lift !!!!! Also no water in the your room ,we found out in the morning that’s you have to help yourself as your exit the lift to a glass carafe and a water dispenser!! Would have been good to have told this information at check in

Put in a very noisy room due to work going on in the hotel. Was told it would stop at 5 this continued until 6. We ordered room service which took an hour and was cold when arrived. The TV didn’t work so they then moved our room. All those problems were resolved but then housekeeping started hoovering above us at 9pm, when you have to get up at 2am for an early flight this isn’t great. I would say though the man on reception was very good and polite and helped where he could. Have stayed many times before and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had unfortunately.

We stayed on first floor.The corridor was full of workmen and debris.The room was noisy from service lift nearby from 4am and the smell of aviation fuel was overpowering from 6am.the service in the restaurant was very slow.
