Staff were excellent, particularly Yash in the restaurant, food was good, rooms are basic. The food and drink are overpriced but the service made up for it, the rooms are very basic and old fashioned, the tea and coffee facilities advertised consisted of a kettle on a table in the common hallway, no cups, no tea, no coffee, just the kettle! Ok for an overnight before your flight but I’d probably pay a little more next time and stay somewhere else. Big thanks to Yash though, probably would have given it 2-3 stars without him.

We have used ibis quite a few times now as it’s convenient and being in an excellent location if you have an early morning flight out or you arrive on a flight early hours of the morning. We always upgrade to the newly refurbished rooms which are slightly better. On all occasions we have stayed and used the restaurant it’s not been the best experience. The last visit it was very busy and it was a long wait to receive poor quality poor food. Tables were dirty and food poor, staff not that pleasant. This time it wasn’t that busy but the food is poor. Staff were average and we had to request the table was cleaned. The room was ok but cold, the heating didn’t really work as when you turned the thermostat to the marked position it stoped working. As it was late and we had an early flight we were too tired to complain and potentially move rooms (room 413) We may consider other options in the future especially if we need to eat.

Stayed overnight before an early morning flight. Found reception staff to be a little cold and unwelcoming. The room was cosy although chilly and no amount of tinkering with the cooling/heating control could alter it.
