Very disappointed. I selected this hotel because I needed a restaurant on site and secure parking. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night but I was not informed. The secure parking that was advertised was NOT secure. I was travelling with a fully loaded car and was worried all the time I was there. Even worse! The receptionist informed me that the gate was not working because RATS had eaten through the cables and it hadn't been fixed. If you know this to be true, more staff training is required. This comment didn't reassure me at all. On the contrary, it disgusted me. I will use an Ibis again but will get it in writing that the outer gates work poroperly.

The hotel had trouble retrieveing our reservation and messed it up with our invoice. I am still waiting for the corrected invoice even though I have asked twice. The room was clean.
