Hello, We would like to thank you for your message. Following your email sent three days after your departure regarding a possible forgotten electric shaver in room 110, our teams carried out the usual checks with our lost and found department. We informed you that no corresponding item had been found to date. We confirm that, should the item be found at a later stage, we will of course contact you immediately. We would also like to remind you that our establishment welcomes a large number of guests every day, and that all lost property is systematically registered, stored in a secure area, and handled with strict tracking procedures. In this context, any suggestion implying a lack of reliability on the part of our establishment does not reflect the standards of quality and professionalism we apply on a daily basis, nor those usually acknowledged by our guests.
