All the staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and polite and really go out of their way to make your stay special. The building is spectacular and I loved eating breakfast in the morning - it was so peaceful and in a wonderful setting. Likewise, the private courtyard in the afternoon for a drink or snack was the ultimate in relaxation.

Old rooms , no AC, got sick with allergies from the carpet the entire time . Shower super tiny cannot move an arm. The hotel needs renovation. Staff was kind and extremely helpful. That was the best part and the location.

We had a lovely stay, and were very well looked after. We were disappointed that to get to and from our room we had to walk through the car park.
