I was in Toulouse for a week working with the local hospital doing medical research procedures. My down time was spent exploring the city and surrounding towns but when it came time to rest of and call it a day I enjoyed the courtyard area and the amazing team there. I'm afraid to say I cannot recall the evening Managers name but she introduced me to the evening bar manager Matisse and he was excellent! Truly a wonderful experience and I will come back when I visit for work again. Laura was also excellent at check-in and very helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was so luxurious, especially my Suite 314, which made me feel fabulous. The staff were all amazing, helpful and happy to speak English with me. Highlights were Le Bar 46, excellent cocktails, Le Cenacle, for an iconic dinner, Valet parking and baggage services, and Front Desk hospitality and assistance. The only reason I did not rate this 10/10 is because of the rather limited menu available for dinner in the brasserie, although the one time I ate there, the choice I made was good, there really wasn't anything else that interested me to go back again for more, except for the buffet breakfast one time, which was good.
