We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely polite, and the receptionist Juliette was super helpful giving us a map and suggesting places for us to visit. The room was nice and tidy and housekeeping also did a professional job. We truly enjoyed our stay. A+++

I have been going to this hotel for a few years and love it. Great staff, courteous, professional and the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are great, well maintained, clean, modern. Location is also very central.

Not a 5 star hotel as they claim

First off they had an issue with my payment. I showed them the receipt but they needed to hear it fromRoxjet travel. Issues were due to thei hotel’s system. Then the internet did not work with my VPN so I was not able to login in to my computer for work emails. I went to go use the spa, there was no one in attendance. I went to the front desk twice for assistance so someone can show me were to go. The steam room did not work as good. It still felt cold in there. This felt like a 4 star hotel. Not worth it. Not sure why they consider themselves a 5 star. More like 4 star service.

I had a very pleasant stay, thanks primarily to the wonderful staff. I was welcomed very friendly at reception—the personnel were gentle and helpful. The room was comfortable, but I would say it needs a small update, specifically the carpet, which was very worn. I'm sure the hotel will take care of it soon. The team at breakfast and brunch were also very kind. The food was excellent—the desserts are out of this world, so good! For the food selection, I'd suggest a bit more diversity, perhaps a better choice of local cheeses or other products. It would be nice to see mentions like "meat from local markets" to highlight quality. A special thank you to the Lebanese-speaking girl at the bar. She was incredibly kind, and we had lovely conversations about food and culture.
