Overall, my stay was disappointing for a five-star hotel at this price point (€250 member discount included). The first room had a very strong smell of humidity in the bathroom, and as someone with allergies, I could clearly feel that the carpet was not well maintained. The receptionist was extremely reactive and handled the situation very professionally by changing my room immediately and without extra charge, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room on the top floor, although nicer, had the same persistent smell of humidity mixed with the carpet. Additionally, a box of nuts was already open from previous guests, which raised cleanliness concerns, and the room service à la carte menu was far below what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Overall satisfaction: 4/10.

We fully understand how uncomfortable this can be, especially for guests with allergies, and we regret that this impacted your stay despite the room change. As our hotel is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, we are currently in the process of planning renovation works, including the replacement of carpets, in order to further enhance guest comfort. Your comments are therefore particularly valuable and have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams. We are also very concerned to learn about the open box of nuts found in your room. This clearly does not reflect our cleanliness standards, and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please rest assured that this has been addressed internally. That said, we are pleased to know that our reception team reacted promptly and professionally by relocating you without additional charge. Your kind words regarding their responsiveness will be shared. We also take note of your feedback regarding the room service à la carte menu. This point has been forwarded to our Food & Beverage management as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the overall guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely polite, and the receptionist Juliette was super helpful giving us a map and suggesting places for us to visit. The room was nice and tidy and housekeeping also did a professional job. We truly enjoyed our stay. A+++

I have been going to this hotel for a few years and love it. Great staff, courteous, professional and the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are great, well maintained, clean, modern. Location is also very central.
