Breakfast disappointing

The staff were very nice. The room was tiny with signs of wear in the carpet and door into the toilet( which had a chunk out of the bottom). Our coffee machine didn’t work for our entire stay despite reporting this on day1. The mattress and pillows were not up to standards for a hotel in this category.

However, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies regarding the condition of the room and the comfort of the bedding. We would like to inform you that refurbishment works are already being scheduled, including carpets, wallpaper and painting, in order to enhance the comfort and overall experience of our guests. Concerning the coffee machine, after verification it was found to be functioning properly, although it had unfortunately been switched off. We nonetheless regret the inconvenience caused during your stay and understand your frustration. Your comments are extremely valuable and help us identify the areas where improvements are needed.
