Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed our central location, your massage with Marion, and your evening at the bar. Your kind comments will be shared with our team. We are, however, sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the difficulties you experienced before your arrival, we sincerely apologize. On 12 July, the hotel was affected by an unexpected technical outage that disrupted both our telephone and internet services for most of the day. These services were restored on the morning of 13 July. Despite these circumstances, our team did its best to assist guests and respond to enquiries as efficiently as possible. Concerning the road closures, information was sent by email to our arriving guests in advance. During our telephone conversation, our reception team also endeavoured to guide you to the hotel as clearly as possible despite the challenging traffic conditions in Toulouse that day. We also regret your disappointment with the air conditioning, breakfast offering, and room amenities. Your comments have been shared with the relevant department managers, as guest feedback is essential in helping us improve our services. Finally, regarding the security deposit, please note that while the pre-authorisation is released by the hotel upon departure, the time it takes for the funds to become available again depends entirely on the processing times of your bank. This can sometimes take several business days, depending on the card issuer. We are sorry that your overall experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to provide and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future for a much more enjoyable stay.
