The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, and the courtyard where you can sit and have a drink, tranquil and relaxing. While the hotel structurally and location wise is great, as it true in all businesses, what really made the difference was the people. The team at La Cour des Consuls is exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. In particular I would like to thank Sarah Mari who was extremely responsive; helping accomodate our 5 year old son and providing great recommendations for dining and activities for my wife to do with my son while I was in a meeting.

While I didn't stay myself, my family was very disappointed. I've recommended the brand MGallery as I used to get very satisfying experiences while traveling for business purposes. May be this brand is not for a family (although the MGallry in Seoul was great). No consideration for our loyalty status, poor support. Overall my family felt ignored while the hotel didn't seem busy at all.

This place has seen better days. Room was barely bigger than the bed, walls were in dire need of a coat of paint, everything was worn out. Faceless chain hotel atmosphere.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will be back again. The hotel staff is fluent in English, provided an excellent service. The hotel is a beautifully renovated, rooms are spacious and meticulously designed. Great amenities. I could not say enough about the hotel, the staff and my stay there. By far the best hotel in Toulouse.

La Cour is situated in the heart of the rose city. Very easy to get around by foot to shops and restos. But the courtyard, la cour, is really very special. It evokes a classic timelessness - olive trees, cozy tables and the lovely architectural details give a sense of magic. Shout out to Maxime who is "top" in classiness and service. Bravo!
