We always stay in Accor hotels when available in the city we are visiting. Have had great experiences in Athens, and now in Toulouse. Wonderful room, great location, attentive and helpful staff, nice bar and resto.

I love staying at La Cour des Consuls for many reasons but especially because of the warmth, efficiency, and professionalism of the staff. I feel more like a valued family member who has come to visit than a guest.

Lovely room, friendly staff, well located in a quiet street. Glad I booked the carpark, although a bit mean to charge extra for it when there is nowhere around to park. Tiny quibble was that the bathroom needed a few bits of updating/maintenance. Otherwise, no complaints.

The 39EUR per night fee reflects several elements: a fully secured private parking facility located in the city centre, with direct access to the hotel, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, our valet service ensures convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay. The prices for comparable facilities in central Toulouse are generally within the same range. We do understand, however, that this represents an additional expense, and we sincerely appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We also take note of your comment regarding the bathroom maintenance. Overall, my stay was disappointing for a five-star hotel at this price point (€250 member discount included). The first room had a very strong smell of humidity in the bathroom, and as someone with allergies, I could clearly feel that the carpet was not well maintained. The receptionist was extremely reactive and handled the situation very professionally by changing my room immediately and without extra charge, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room on the top floor, although nicer, had the same persistent smell of humidity mixed with the carpet. Additionally, a box of nuts was already open from previous guests, which raised cleanliness concerns, and the room service à la carte menu was far below what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Overall satisfaction: 4/10.
