The location is perfect to walk around the city but the overall experience is not what we would expect from a Mercure hotel. Rooms are quite small, empty fridge and small bathrooms. The elevator on the front was not working what is a pain when you are carrying a baby in a stroller. Parking is confusing. The Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast is a real puzzle to get going. On the positive side, Chromecast in the tv is always welcomed and the receptionist Beatriz was fantastic, helped a lot on our trip.

We stayed just 2 nights on a weekend visit to the lovely city of Toulouse. This is a very centrally located hotel with all of what we wanted to see in walking distance. The hotel team are very efficient and friendly. The comfort is good and is in line with other Mercure hotels we have stayed in. If you are going to visit Toulouse, ( and I highly recommend it ), this is a good choice for a hotel base.

Pleasant stay overall. Breakfast was average for 4*. No resident bar service after closing time. Gym was good. Great location for walking around city. Staff were friendly.
