We had a very plesent two days here. We had one of the best hotel family rooms I have ever stayed in with separate, adjoining room (with its own TV!) for our son, and a well equipped kitchenette which is just so handy when you are travelling with a family. The staff were very friendly both in reception and in the beautiful terrace bar. There was convenient parking and the locality was ideal.

We have been charged an amount over Agoda's price. The reception guy could not explain why they charged is that price. Worst, he coul not find our booking , which is very strange as we shown them the booking info when we checked in. It cost us $20 euro for the taxis as we spent nearly 30 minutes questioning the charge. It was lucky as we came to the Toulouse train station to Bordeaux 1 minute before the train leaving. Don't stay there as staff is not helpful

Sir, We regret your comment because we already explained to you that the amount we requested you to pay at your departure was the right amount and correspond to the amount written in your reservation made through Agoda website.
