The room furnishing is old. Overall experience with staff was not pleasant. There is no common area for us to mingle around if we bring our own food to share although we ordered wine at the lobby. We were told off rudely by staff to go back to our room to eat. There is no porter service provided when I check out with 3 big luggages. The lobby send up the luggage trolley in the lift for me to push down the luggages on my own.

Everything went well during the stay. The hotel was warm, clean, in good condition and comfortable. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and Toulouse is even better then when I lived there 20 years ago. Love the pedestrianised centre and the old favourites - pl St Georges, pl Wilson, Capitol, Victor Hugo market, the rugby,.....

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel isn't far from the railway station. It's among the shopping and restaurants. The room we had was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and professional. The WiFi was excellent and the restaurant and bar had a great selection. The only word of advice is, there is another Mercure near here so ensure you put the right address is when looking for it. Great stay.

You'll arrive in that warm place with its iconic signature smell and cosy atmosphere. The bar always has cocktails of its own creation. The breakfast is well rounded and served in a dedicated room which is much appreciated. The gym is more than correct and met my needs. The rooms level is good with a cool minibar and the beds awesome. Situation of the hotel is perfect with a mall just under it and close to everything you could do by walk or transports. Little plus for the 5€ discount at the bar if you decide to tell them not to do the room... The only bad point might be the view which is nothing special.
