Lovely pool on the first floor and wonderful staff with a great breakfast. Turned the AC up all the way and it only cooled down to 27 C (80F). This appears to be standard for the rest of the rooms. There is not a separate AC unit, just a vent that lets in a trickle of cool air. Would have received full marks otherwise. Perfect location!

The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere or had easy access to public transit in order to get places a bit farther away (such as the space museum). A playground with a ton of restaurants was a short 3 minute walk away which was nice for our daughter and 3 minutes in the other direction was another plaza with a carousel! Everyone was very friendly and spoke enough English that we had no problems with our very limited French.

The hotel was very nice and staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. I only have two comments for improvement. 1) Considering the spacious terrace it would have been nice if the plants were better maintained to improve the view. 2) Considering I purposely booked the apartment for the kitchen facilities I found the amenities lacking in regards to being fully functional.

I found the hotel very tired. The robes and towels were absolute rags, the beds uncomfortable, and, although there was a kitchen, there wasn’t a single towel , paper or otherwise. The gym closed too early and the breakfast staff were not accommodating. The hallway smelled and it appeared the carpets had not been updated anywhere for a very long time. We originally booked for two nights but left after one. On a brighter note, Clara and your reception staff were delightful and very helpful.

Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed having the extra space including outdoor space of the apartment room. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Loved the outdoor space which was great to rest after a day of sightseeing. Definitely need a small shelf or bedside table for both sides of bed, I had to use upturned travel bag to rest book and phone . Paintwork on internal doors and skirting boards need refreshing . Shower screen seal and floor tiles needed a deep clean . But overall a fantastic stay - well done to all the staff for their hard work
