We stayed at the hotel as I was part of the group, organised by ATPPR, rowing the Canal du Midi. I was also one of the four people who were stuck in the lift for 50 minutes on the morning of Monday 17th August. The experience was really unpleasant and upsetting. I appreciate that there may have been a language barrier but at no point did anyone ask how we were. We kept being told that it would be 5 minutes until an engineer would arrive to fix the issue. My husband was told that there was no key kept on premises to override the system and release the door (which I am appalled by). It was only when the German gentleman in the lift with us managed to somehow open the inner door, thus releasing the outer door of the lift, that we got out. No one from the hotel came over to ask how we were, apologise or if see we wanted anything - I was very clearly distressed, but this went completely unnoticed. My husband then accompanied me to the meeting point for the rowing event and returned to the hotel around 9.30am to have breakfast to find that there was very little available for him to eat and no staff to help. We were led to believe that breakfast was available until 10am. All in all this was a really unpleasant and distressing experience that had an affect on me for the remainder of the day and will probably discourage me from booking Ibis hotels in the future.

I was attending a conference in Toulouse. Shared a taxi from Blagnac airport with colleagues. Not far to hotel. Welcome and check-in good. Nice room, comfortable bed. No tea/coffee in room but facilities, including chilled lemon water in reception. Good breakfast options. Nice bathroom but shower over bath, so careful stepping in and out. Hotel rooms booked by conference organiser.

I've stayed here several times. Hotel is quiet but well located with bus and metro close by. There are bars and restaurant a few minutes walk away plus a supermarket. Hotel is clean and tidy and has a water fountain and coffee (€2) available. No actial bar but hou can buy drinks to have in your room or reception. Standard Ibis buffet breakfast .

Our stay was pretty comfortable, however I don't understood why all the doors aren't in order, in the hallway. Futhermore, the bathroom deck is quit high and the bathroom can be flooded fast.

We had a group reservation for 48 people, and we were all very happy with our stay. The hotel is in a great location, about a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and, although simple, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. The rooms were clean and tidy.

I stayed at ibis Styles Toulouse Centre Canal du Midi for 4 nights in early May 2026 as a solo traveler. The experience was terrific! I was greeted promptly and with respect. French is not my first nor second language (English native, Romanian B2, French A1); however, the host was very pleasant and went above and beyond to not only quickly check me in, but make sure I knew where everything is. The location is also terrific for solo travelers. You have direct access to A61 which is the main highway around Toulouse; in addition, you have a Carrefour City right across the street. You also have direct access to the lovely center of Toulouse by foot. For those who prefer to rent a car: please note that at the time of my visit, car rentals are 15 euro per night. The parking is underground and can be accessed via rue Jean Goujon, which is a one way street. The underground parking requires a numerical code which is provided after payment. The parking is shared with other locations in the area, but the hotels parking spots are located on floors -1 and -2 and comes out to be about 40 spots; which is more than enough. For myself, this was the perfect hotel; I had no issues with noise. One thing to be aware of, there isn't a mini fridge. This was fine for myself; however, others may want to know that in advance. Breakfast is served every morning and there are some really awesome graffiti style works of art around the hotel. Recycling is located near the elevators.
