The hotel, as expected, is basic. The service was friendly, room, breakfast area and hallways were clean. The hotel is more in a residential neighbourhood, doesnt get too busy, has a carrefour and few restaurants around and is a 10 min walk away from the centre. I found the location to be convenient.

This hotel is in desperate need of a make over. The bedrooms are tatty and dark and the common areas are scruffy. The “graffiti” theme of the hotel makes it tiredness seem even worse - as if you are in some old tower block of flats. We had to change rooms on the first night as the window didn’t close properly and the sink was blocked. Breakfast was also poor. I have stayed in many Ibis Styles as I usually love the individual decor and the breakfasts are usually plentiful and varied. At this hotel it was limited and not kept well stocked, both with food and cutlery. No orange juice on our second morning and a broken toaster. It seemed there was only one member of staff who was struggling to keep on top of everything. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well and most importantly all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to point out that this hotel is not dirty or badly managed, it is just in desperate need of a refurbishment.

We stayed at the hotel as I was part of the group, organised by ATPPR, rowing the Canal du Midi. I was also one of the four people who were stuck in the lift for 50 minutes on the morning of Monday 17th August. The experience was really unpleasant and upsetting. I appreciate that there may have been a language barrier but at no point did anyone ask how we were. We kept being told that it would be 5 minutes until an engineer would arrive to fix the issue. My husband was told that there was no key kept on premises to override the system and release the door (which I am appalled by). It was only when the German gentleman in the lift with us managed to somehow open the inner door, thus releasing the outer door of the lift, that we got out. No one from the hotel came over to ask how we were, apologise or if see we wanted anything - I was very clearly distressed, but this went completely unnoticed. My husband then accompanied me to the meeting point for the rowing event and returned to the hotel around 9.30am to have breakfast to find that there was very little available for him to eat and no staff to help. We were led to believe that breakfast was available until 10am. All in all this was a really unpleasant and distressing experience that had an affect on me for the remainder of the day and will probably discourage me from booking Ibis hotels in the future.

I was attending a conference in Toulouse. Shared a taxi from Blagnac airport with colleagues. Not far to hotel. Welcome and check-in good. Nice room, comfortable bed. No tea/coffee in room but facilities, including chilled lemon water in reception. Good breakfast options. Nice bathroom but shower over bath, so careful stepping in and out. Hotel rooms booked by conference organiser.

I've stayed here several times. Hotel is quiet but well located with bus and metro close by. There are bars and restaurant a few minutes walk away plus a supermarket. Hotel is clean and tidy and has a water fountain and coffee (€2) available. No actial bar but hou can buy drinks to have in your room or reception. Standard Ibis buffet breakfast .

Our stay was pretty comfortable, however I don't understood why all the doors aren't in order, in the hallway. Futhermore, the bathroom deck is quit high and the bathroom can be flooded fast.
