We stayed because we were part of the Grand Circle Travel group. We stayed two nights on our own prior to the included group stay They kept locking us out of our room after the two nights stay. The front desk person could not understand English well. It was fixed but the next day we encountered the same problem/

The stay was nice. Great hospitality, great bed. The room is a bit small, but we got a balcony, which was nice to get more space. The AC was not working properly, and the hotel solved it by giving us a fan. It's vey well situated, close to everything. Overall, good for its value.

Relatively accessible and well-situated hotel. Good breakfast buffet. However the room itself fell well short of my expectations. The room was small and had no desk. There was a strong plumbing smell coming from the toilet into the bedroom. The air conditioning did not cool the room. There was no view.

Have stayed before, and generally a good hotel - but this trip was disappointing. At reception, the two staff were helping a single customer allowing a queue to form awaiting check in. My room was well air conditioned, which was lovely, but the bathroom shower leaked creating a flood on the floor. The breakfast was poor, with poor choices, no bowls available for cereal. Also, I know this is unavoidable by location - but morning taxis are difficult as there is no waiting area outside the hotel.
