The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to this hotel. Cedric, the receptionist was a star who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room and bed were comfortable and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. However, the room we had was rather small, given the baggage we had. If we return to this place, I would definitely ask for a bigger room when booking.

Stayed several days around meeting my tour group. Hôtel was conveniently situated and comfortable which was a plus. But there were several negatives. The young lady who checked me in was new to the position and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions and informed me she would have to consult her colleague who wouldn’t be arriving until 6pm. My room was VERY hot and, after 3 requests to lower the temperature, continued to be so. With the exception of Sedrick, who was at the front desk, and the maintenance gentleman, the rest of the staff was very unfriendly. Initially I thought one was having a bad day but there were several I encountered during my stay. They didn’t appear to be very happy in their job.
