I really had a very bad experience, I couldn’t sleep at all from the noise and foot steps , the receptionist changed the room and the problem didn’t disappear i willnot book at all in this hotel as its miss all the ways and standards of comfortablilty

We regret that the room change offered by our receptionist did not improve the situation, despite her best efforts. Although our rooms are usually well soundproofed, noise can sometimes come from neighboring rooms or rooms above. During your next stay, please contact the reception desk if the noise persists: our team will then be able to quickly intervene with the occupants concerned to ensure that peace and quiet is maintained during the night. I have stayed here several times over a weekend. This time I reserved well ahead of time and requested a quiet room, with blankets instead of a couette. I arrived at 11h30 and left my suitcase, planning to return after 2 for check-in, as requested. When I returned at 2 I was asked to wait briefly while my room was being prepared. I ended up waiting 2 hours. The person in charge was apologetic and had some refreshment sent to my room. I didn't have a blanket instead of a couette.
