Dear Mr. A., We sincerely apologize that your stay was not relaxing and did not meet your expectations. We fully understand how much a bad night's sleep can impact an entire stay. We regret that the room change offered by our receptionist did not improve the situation, despite her best efforts. Although our rooms are usually well soundproofed, noise can sometimes come from neighboring rooms or rooms above. During your next stay, please contact the reception desk if the noise persists: our team will then be able to quickly intervene with the occupants concerned to ensure that peace and quiet is maintained during the night. We are sorry that this experience gave you the impression that our establishment did not meet the expected standards of comfort. We thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
