The hotel is well maintained, all areas are clean and nicely decorated. Good staff service. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi, room was reasonably large. The are only minor issues I have with the room: - There is a minibar and a kettle for tea, but why paper cups ? Cant we get normal cups/glasses ? - The room had a tiny movable table. This does not match the description saying "business desk" - For a strange reason, the room french window leads to a "balcony", which is in fact a metal common for all rooms and is connected by stairs going to the patio, meaning anyoen can walk to your room window.

I did not plan to stay at this hotel but since the other hotel I had booked had made mistakes in my booking and I had no room upon arrival I found Mercure next door. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded me. Pefect bed, great breakfast !

Great location but missing something

Located right in front of another Mercure hotel this one, arguably has a better location. The staff were friendly and competent. The room was clean. No complaints there. Quite up to Mercure standards. However, the room was right next to the lift (I normally ask in pre-booking to be away from lifts) which was a distraction as the lift shaft hummed when in use. There was a bedside table missing on one side and the TV remote was, also, not there. A new remote was brought to the room but a table never appeared. There was no milk or creamer available for the tea & coffee and no bathroom amenities, either. It just felt as though cost cutting has gone a little too far.

For your next stay, we recommend choosing a Privilege room, which includes additional welcome products, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary minibar, and a Nespresso machine. This type of room may better suit your needs. Finally, please feel free to specify that you would like a room away from the elevators. Please rest assured that we are taking your feedback seriously and will address these issues with our team to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests.
