-1 maybe the bed is too soft, that I can't fall asleep every night. -2 One floor with 1 Water machine so that I don't need to go to 1rst floor to get the water each time. -3 Think about to change the food every morning, since it is totally the same. thank you so much .

We understand that bed firmness is a personal preference and regret that the softness of our beds impacted your sleep quality. We will look into options to better accommodate different preferences. Your suggestion for additional water machines on each floor is appreciated. Unfortunately, we are unable to install fountains on all floors due to the narrowness of the corridors. However, there are fountains on the ground and first floors. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast variety. We will discuss this with our kitchen team to ensure a more diverse selection. Thank you for your valuable insights.
