Je me suis fais voler des affaires dans ma chambre et on m'a directement invité a porter plainte. Il on passé mon téléphone en liste rouge au bout de 2 appel en 1 semaine. Je ne recommande pas et ne passez pas par hôtel.com

Myself and a friend had an really perfect stay at the F1 hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by lovely staff, who exceeded our expectations in every way, so much so that we even got a free upgrade. The room was spotless, and perfect for a little holiday. Checking in was easy and smooth with no problems. I would really reccommend this hotel to anyone.

BED BUG / Not clean

There was BED BUG in my room, I have now big red buttons because my skin is sensible to such thing, and I couldn't sleep. Than I canceled the second night because I couldn't sleep in the hotel anymore. I payed for two nights and slept 3 hours from the first one only. I wasted my money on nothing. The hotel wasn't clean at all. Room and toilets are in terrible conditions.

Room is very small but you get what you pay for. It’s clean, note that towels are not included (you can buy one for 3€). Overall not bad

Room has changed layout. Nolonger adouble bed and a bunk. The bunk has been removed. Good heating. Staff at reception made a poor effort to be understood, considering I amnot a native French speaker although I have studied French and been to France for many years. This is unusual in France, where people are very happy to see one speaks their language.
