We stay regularly for my husband to attend hospital appointments and the staff always welcome us like old friends which puts us at ease. When we leave they always ask if all went went well. They are friendly but never intrusive and always very helpful. The room is always ready and pristine as you would expect. This visit we wanted to use our points towards our stay which was all sorted very easily. I liked the idea of a free drink from the bar too a nice touch.
