We stay regularly due to hospital visits but this time we also had my mum and her dog with us as she is on holiday. As always lovely welcome from Florent and Carlos ensuring rooms were as requested and that our dog was happy. Had a drink in the evening and enjoyed the wine recommended by Florent. When I took my husband to hospital next day and returned for mum to check out, Teo made sure all was well with my husband and dealt with our check out and next booking efficiently. We are always so grateful for the staffs kindness and care as it is a stressful time for us.

Hello , I have been to this hotel since an year now -love the location, the view and the room ans amenities. I came last sept and enjoyed the stay throughly !! This time i booked thus hotel and luckily got the same room. However this time the Ac didn't work for 2 days and was absolutely suffocating. When i opened the window a lot of mosquitos !! 2ndly we observed that 2 days we got reheated and almost burnt hashbrown and sausages !! Totally unacceptable!! There was no compensation offered even after raising the complaints !
