Staff excellent very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately on this occasion the hand towel had holes in it and there was only one bath sheet however a replacement was provided immediately and another bath sheet provided as soon as I made them aware.

Staying at the Mercure Toulouse Sud makes up for the he need to go to the Oncopole next door. A 10 minute walk and you can be back to a cozy room with a nice cup of the special tea they stock from a local source. The staff are as always extraordinary!
