really nice hotel with a big issue, namely the toads in the pond. The noise is unbearable especially during the night. As it was not the first time I stayed there I had hoped that this noise issue from outdoors would have been addressed, but I was wrong

Comfortable, conveniently located modern hotel with very clean and well presented room. Only major criticism is that we were two in a double room, but we were provided with only one bath towel and one small hand towel in the bathroom! We agree with your environment policy, but surely for the price we paid we should rightfully expect to share towels! Seems rather mean and penny pinching. Also found reception area rather stark and seating area rather unwelcoming.
