The hotel was booked last minute by us, the staff were very helpful and the room very comfortable. We had our dogs with us so deliberately booked an Accor hotel as we know they accept dogs. The overall feel of the hotel is very nice, bright and welcoming. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was okay.

Good location for business travel

Stay was only two nights, dinner and breakfast good and the restuarant area very clean, bright and pleaseant. The room was small but ok for a couple of nights. There was a very mild smell in the room and also the room was too warm. This appears to be due to the inability to open any windows and lack of air conditioning. It is noted that rooms on the outside of the building have windows that can open which would have been better.

I'm sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We take your feedback very seriously and are committed to improving our service.
