We had a great stay at the Ibis Styles. It was perfect for what we needed. A nice pool for the kids, friendly staff and comfortable lounge with a free fusball table for entertainment.

Nice staff, nice room. Breakfast was not great. Too many people taking all the buffet breakfast, leaving others to wait quite a while for replenishment. One family was making sandwiches/rolls to take with them for the day. Which is unfair on everyone else. But the staff are great.the hotel is very clean and has a swimming pool/restaurant.

room confortable but a lot of noise during all the night.. from climatisation or other ? I do not know even after switch off the clim in the room.. people really pleasant and availble to give me a room available even if mine was not ready.

The hotel was comfortable and well located, but I booked the hotel to be able to rest up after a long journey but the restaurant was closed because of a group booking. This meant that my disabled husband and I had to seek alternative arrangements, not a good thing when you are elderly

Overall experience was good, no phone in the room so you can’t call for room service had to go downstairs to order food or report any problems. No kettle or teas/coffees provided this has to be paid for again have physically go to reception to order. We had an electricity issue which took a while to look into, we were the asked to move room. Nothing as a complimentary gift provided.

However, we make sure to inform our guests upon arrival that they can reach us directly on their mobile phones at any time. Our reception team is available 24/7 to assist with any request or concern ;)This system also helps our guests avoid unnecessary trips downstairs whenever possible. We were particularly surprised and saddened by your comment concerning the kettle and tea service. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you tea on several occasions without charging it to your room. Additionally, we remained available throughout your stay to provide complimentary soft drinks, such as water, whenever needed. Finally, we would like to sincerely apologize again for the electricity issue you experienced. In order to ensure your comfort and optimize your experience, we promptly offered you a room change, as we are deeply committed to the quality of our guests’ stays. As usual we stayed at Ibis Styles when traveling to Toulouse as it's very close to our office. I'm not so happy as usual. There were a couple of long hairs inside the bed, it looked like whoever arranged the room, just covered the sheets with the duvet without straighten them before, so I guess they had not be changed.
