Horrible cleaning services, the cleaners are rude and lack customer service. They don't take their work seriously and this implies that they have no respect for clients. I will never stay at any of the Ibis hotels.

I booked this hotel to attend a conference at the MEETT Centre. All the downtown hotels were booked, and this Ibis is quite a distance from the venue making for expensive Uber rides. However, the hotel is clean, very affordable, and staff are friendly. There are no frills here, but the basics were covered. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it, but it served my purposes. The breakfast buffet was decent and the freshly squeezed orange juice (That you squeeze yourself) was a very nice touch.
