Dear Madam, We were delighted to welcome you to our establishment during your stay in Toulouse. 😊 Regarding the absence of telephones in the rooms, we unfortunately do not provide in-room phones. However, we make sure to inform our guests upon arrival that they can reach us directly on their mobile phones at any time. Our reception team is available 24/7 to assist with any request or concern ;)This system also helps our guests avoid unnecessary trips downstairs whenever possible. We were particularly surprised and saddened by your comment concerning the kettle and tea service. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you tea on several occasions without charging it to your room. Additionally, we remained available throughout your stay to provide complimentary soft drinks, such as water, whenever needed. Finally, we would like to sincerely apologize again for the electricity issue you experienced. In order to ensure your comfort and optimize your experience, we promptly offered you a room change, as we are deeply committed to the quality of our guests’ stays. Our reception team truly enjoyed welcoming you and we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, so we can provide you with an even more enjoyable experience.
