I actually did not feel safe in the room. No light on the external stairs and it was cold, slippery and wet,. I actually did not stay in the room and i rented a room and spent the night at the Novotel Versailles even though I paid for the Greet hotel to not stay there,

This is not a hotel, it's a motel. The roomdoor is outside (publicly reachable for anyone) which makes you feel unsafe. I got the room for disabled although me and my wife are perfectly ok. It's a bit sarcastic to decorate a room for disabled people with a skateboard without wheels.. Apart from that the room itself is extremely basic and the bathroom not very pleasant for normal people: a automated tap where you never know when it's gone give water or not, a shower without curtain of cabin (everything wet), a plastic floor, though bed and minimal pillow. Not a very good experience.
