Tried contacting the hotel several times, weeks before my arrival to try and amend the booking, no response from the hotel at all. Got to the hotel and then they couldn’t find my booking. Hotel is so basic.

This is a motel and the rooms are not so great. The hotel is convenient to reach and has parking. The furniture in the room is Ok. The breakfast is good and the staff is helpful.
