I often stay in ibis budjet hotel. Location is excellent. Room was excellent and tidy. Personel was very kind. But the breakfast - it is getting worse and worse. The only thing that tastes normally is croissant! Eggs taste odd, butter is too salty, jogurt tastes bad. I suggest to put some yogurts in pots, closed. I also suggest not to remove shell from the eggs to keep them fresh longer. And the coffee from the machine - espresso was ok but capuccino was disaster - there was some problem with the powder milk or something! It tasted, not just as a bad coffee but as I will be sick if I had drunk it. Please, make the breakfast better.

Bonjour Mr Aide, Tout d'abord merci pour toutes vos remarques et vos suggestions qui nous sommes vraiment précieuses. Concernant vos remarques sur notre petit déjeuner, nous souhaitons vous informer que les œufs sont des œufs durs écalés préalablement stockés dans des sachets qui arrivent près à l'emploie. Pour les beurre vous avez deux assiettes exposés sur le buffet : doux et salés. Concernant le yaourt, nous n'avons plus la possibilité d'exposer les pots car ca ne fait plus partie de la politique du groupe Accor qui est soumis aux nouvelles normes en matières de limitation de déchets ( plastique..) Enfin pour la machine à café, ce sont des machines toutes neuves installées depuis le 28.6.2024 Il se peut que ca soit un problème de réglage au niveau dosage. Nous allons revoir ce point sur toutes nos machines. Encore une fois merci pour vos commentaires. Notre équipe sera ravie de vous recevoir à nouveau dans notre établissement. pleasant enough although the electricity wiring in the both rooms was faulty and was very difficult to make lights work so we sat in the dark. luckily there was not an electrical fire while we were asleep
