We arrived at the hotel very late and tired. We had booked a family room for three. When we got into our room the top bunk had not been made up. It was a real struggle to do this myself and not what I expected given I had booked for three people (triple room) and therefore the hotel would have been aware the bed was needed. It was late, I was tired and just so disappointed when all we wanted to do was to roll into bed.
