We booked this hotel as a family group for a number of reasons, one of which was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived we were told that the pool was not in use and had not been in use for some time. On inspection it didn't appear that there was anything wrong with it since the pump was running and the water was clear. When i asked why the pool was closed, non of the staff could give me a reason. Major renovations were being carried out on the fourth floor so why were we put in rooms on the third floor underneath the noise of the renovations which went on all day. It was quiet at night thankfully.

La chambre était correcte, plus proche d’un 3 étoiles que d’un 4 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner était bien, la piscine également. J’ai été assez contrariée par le veilleur de nuit : rentrant tard après le feu d’artifices, nous avons sonné de nombreuses fois et personne n’est venu ouvrir. Ma fille avait froid et pleurait, nous avons réellement pensé que nous allions passer la nuit dans la voiture. J’ai trouvé le numéro de l’hôtel (pas sur le site, assez mal fait, mais sur Google), et le veilleur a fini par répondre et ouvrir, sans s’excuser. Le lendemain, en relatant cette épisode à la personne de l’accueil, elle s’est vaguement excusée mais semblait peu concernée. Dommage comme note finale, je reste sur une impression négative.
