The hotel staff at reception and in the breakfast room and restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very well equipped and very clean. Rituals toiletries were lovely.

The common areas of the hotel weren´t well kept. Lifts were dirty, especially the grilled arrea on the floor, but also the walls. Tables at breakfast weren´t well cleaned. When I order a fried egg, the person preparing the tables came to fry my egg without previously washing her hands. My impression was that they don´t pay attention to details here, I travel a lot and usually everything is really clean, not here. The room was good. The breakfast also was good.

I was very disappointed that the pool was too crowded and barely usable during our stay because of day passes being sold to people. Very disappointing.

As regards access to the swimming pool, we do not sell day passes, as this would not guarantee quality and our aim remains to offer a high standard of service. Furthermore, the current regulations are not suited to this type of service.

The Novotel is recently renovated and the rooms are big. The mattress was comfortable. I'm not a big fan of having a toilet separate to the bathroom, but I think that's just a matter of taste.
Unfortunately, the A/C was noisy, and the breakfast was not good (no bowls, no cups, the milk was sour - the milk was replaced with fresh milk when I prompted, but I struggle to understand how this can happen and also by the time the milk turned up I was out of time)
