Hello, I stayed at your hotel with my family in rooms 303 and 305, they are merged. The night shift receptionist is a new guy and he made a mistake changing me for it as a family room and charging extra for a twin room that is already included in the price of a family room. The day time receptionist the next morning said you will email me for reimbursement of this extra charge. I am still waiting. Hope to hear from you soon

The staff at the hotel were excellent. However the hotel itself is showing its age. For example: there was only a single working light in my room's bathroom, making it very dark. The cooling in the room was more of a suggestion than providing actual temperature control.

Quite a dismal building and room, ineffective lighting in bathroom restaurant unfortunately not open as we were expecting but this caused us to visit Le Mellow, where we had the best smash burger and chicken burger in the world! See their 100% 1500 excellent reviews Bar open and half decent rose wine served as they had run out of white wine Excellent breakfast, fresh and delicious continental breakfast with choice of boiled eggs and fruit/yoghurt cheeses etc Terrible coffee Convenient for Palace Of Versailles, secure parking.
