Welcome was kill. The requested welcome drink (A hot cup of tea...) was not available. The bathroom stinks. For 2 persons only 1 big and 1 small towel available. The first night the night porter had a private party with loud music in the lobby and another night the night porter played his own music loud in the lobby without saying a word when we came in and walked to the elevator. At breakfast the was only once of the 5 nights a Madeleine that we were supposed to split up in 15 parts for all the people having breakfast. At breakfast there was tea with a few drops of coffee which is really disgusting. When you enter or leave the hotel the staff at the reception says nothing and don't give you a smile and at checkout they did not even say goodbye or "Bon voyage". All the staff have really no idea what hospitality means...

For the bathroom, it is unacceptable that unpleasant odors persist and we would like to inform you that we have made a request for intervention with a company in order to remedy this problem as quickly as possible. As for the towels, we will make sure that the quantity and quality of the equipment is adapted to the capacity of the room. We have also taken note of your remarks about breakfast. We will look at the variety of products on offer. Once again, we apologize for this experience and assure you that your feedback will be taken into account in order to improve our services in the future. The room was warm and the AC had been turned off for the season. The receptionist told us about the restaurant next door but failed to tell us it was open at 1900 for dinner.
