We stayed here so we had easy access to Paris for fashion week. It was a little further to the train station to walk than we expected but it wasn’t raining so not too bad - uphill on the way back. The room was comfortable and clean. We would have liked to have eaten in the hotel as we have enjoyed ibis restaurant meals before, but the restaurant was closed all weekend. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast which was good value for money.

No phones in the room Door in bad shape and very hard to open/close Chaotic breakfeast with low quality food

We booked a family room and on arrival were given two rooms, we were told there was nothing that could be done about this. The receptionist spoke no English at all. Luckily I can get by with some French. I tried to explain that my son has a lot of hidden disabilities and we needed the rooms to be interconnecting. This made our stay very difficult and was the main reason we had booked this hotel. The noise on the first night from exceptionally loud music and a dog barking until the early hours of the morning meant even more of a lack of sleep. The car park was meant to be secure but the gate did not lock it simply pulled across. I. The car park were people who clearly either worked at the hotel or the restaurant next door clearly having an argument. This felt very intimidating This was an incredibly disappointing stay and ruin our trip to Paris.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The receptionist was super sweet and offered us Tour de France swag. At breakfast the staff was very helpful and offered us help if something ran out.
