Rooms on 3rd floor not heated, with the heating put at maximum and did not work, announced the reception and they could not help. We had to sleep with clothes on and with a child that got sick. Also bar not open at 8 pm, receptionist very dull, did not want to serve us anything. This is not a hotel where to pay 100 eur per night, it is a shame for accor.

Water flow in the shower very low. Hot water hard to tune. Very small room. Aircon noisy. Ground floor music for birthday 2 x times occured during my stay. Breakfast orange juice machine doesn't work 3 times during my stay. Small toilet for sit. No heat for shirts. No laundry

Hole in the door of the bathroom, light half not working, reception unresponsive when friendly saying good morning. Breakfast was also not the french standard level

We stayed here so we had easy access to Paris for fashion week. It was a little further to the train station to walk than we expected but it wasn’t raining so not too bad - uphill on the way back. The room was comfortable and clean. We would have liked to have eaten in the hotel as we have enjoyed ibis restaurant meals before, but the restaurant was closed all weekend. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast which was good value for money.
