Well located for a visit to Verseilles but failed on a number of basic issues. We are in our late seventies but we were given a room with an ill fitting door that could only be closed with a massive slam. The staff always seemed distracted, whether on the front desk or at meal times. We only ate there once as the food was so awful, there was very little choice and the Chicken Supreme had lukewarm rice and overcooked and dry chicken with no real sauce. We subsequently went to a local restaurant, which was good and noticed that a lot of other guests were there too. I am a regular user of Ibis but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hello, I stayed at your hotel with my family in rooms 303 and 305, they are merged. The night shift receptionist is a new guy and he made a mistake changing me for it as a family room and charging extra for a twin room that is already included in the price of a family room. The day time receptionist the next morning said you will email me for reimbursement of this extra charge. I am still waiting. Hope to hear from you soon
