Excellent location; around the corner from Versailles Palace. Parking available. Restaurants, fast food and a very tasty sandwich bar 1 minute away. Also some cool and not too pricey restaurant/bars on Rue de Satory - 5 minutes walk.

Overall very good experience. However the older man that sits at reception in the morning, needs some training on basic customer service - no politeness, cannot say good morning or goodbye even when I greeted him. best he goes to retirement. The younger staff were very enthused to provide tips on restuarants, atm etc.

The room was so small we had no place to put our bags! Everytime we left our room we needed to get our key cards reset, the day we left we found out it was due to the fact that we had 2 cards per room & one would cancel the other out. I was up to our room and down to reception so many times due to this it was not funny. Also car parking was excessively expensive, we stayed here as we saw car parking so getting an extra €60 bill wasn’t great. Also the invoice exceeded what I was quoted when booking. Think it’s fair to say we won’t use this hotel again.

Two nights, three children in tow. Well air-conditioned, balcony on top floor. One room was nice with separate WC, the other was a bit tatty with the WC in the bathroom. Sofa bed was quite unconfortable and not put out for our arrival. Bed very comfortable.

My family is moving to Versailles and stayed at IBIS for a number of days while getting settled. The staff assisted us in every way possible with our many bags and boxes. We were treated with great kindness and respect as we navigate this challenging time. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was not up to the standard we have come to expect from the Ibis brand. Our room was shabby and smaller than we have stayed in at other hotels in the chain, and we were disappointed there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, apart from one individual, who made us feel like we were putting him out by asking him to book a taxi for us - he was downright grumpy!

Excellent location, train station one block away across the street, entrance to the palace was a short walk, easy walking to the Notre Dame and St. Louis historical areas, markets. Breakfast was a perfect offering of meats and cheeses, yogurt and fruit compote, breads, eggs, etc.. the front desk clerks filled our water bottles with ice cold water every morning before we headed out. The air-conditioned rooms were a blessing!

Comfortable hotel: a small room but it had everything we needed and the bed was good. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel could do with a bigger sign. When driving in a busy area with cars and pedestrians it was easy to miss despite knowing we were in the right area.

We had to cancel due to sudden illness. Wer gave several days notice but our payment was not refunded. Obviously we were aware of the t&cs and accepted that we would not get a refund but it is irritating that the hotel's system grinds on and asks for feedback on a stay we did not make.

Everyone on the staff was very professional and welcoming. While I realize you have dynamic pricing and are in an excellent location so want to take advantage of this, I find the price of the rooms exorbitant for an IBIS--for approximately 200 euros a night for a 3 star hotel. There should be Kleenex in the bathrooms as well as some sort of lotion. The bathroom size is minuscule-0the design used for this did not at all consider the average size of most adults.

GOOD: Very good location (10+) both for the Castle and for the station to Paris. Receptionists are professional as I would expect in a 3-stars hotel. BAD: Breakfast is in my opinion not worth the price, I found it very basic: minimal (but not bad) with good brioches/croissants while the international part (eggs&bacon) was badly cooked. Room is very small so I can't suggest it for long stays but for 2-3 days is ok. I will probably come back in this hotel for my business in Paris (price is good, location is perfect, area is very quite so I do not need to stay much in the room apart from sleeping). Not sure if I will pay for the breakfast as there are many restaurants in the area (walking distance) offering a more international one and better quality at the same price.

Check in was smooth. After an earlier enquiry about 2 beds rather than one that was confirmed by email our room only had one bed. We were shown one which had the desk converted into a bed. However we decided to stay where we were. The bathroom was extremely small with little room to dry after a shower. However it was very comfortable and in a great place.
