Perfect location for the Velodrome.

Expensive for the level of service. Staff seemed very disorganised at breakfast. We had to ask for cutlery, milk, cereals, orange juice, bread or something else on every morning during our six day stay. The underground car park is good, but overpriced.

The hotel is very smart and easy to find. The only critisim is that there are two Ibis hotels on the site and we went to the wrong one first. No reception, no staff in sight. Fortunately we were redirected to the main hotel and all was well. The staff were helpfull and the large, underground car park was very convenient.

Not my best stay / experience with Accor

Hotel Alarm rang at around 10:30 pm due to a client who smoked in his/her room. Voucher did not allow me to get a glass of white wine, as usual in Accor hotels (Novotel, Mercure, Sofitel and other Ibis / Ibis style...)
