Room 120, twin bed, IBIS Hotel Well located near places we went during our stay. Nice breakfast with choice even with COVID 19. Nice bed for 2nd person, but not for me because of my back pain :( :( shower door didn't close entirely ( we inform the staff) so after each shower of course some water went outside, meaning of wet floor and wet bathmat. So we have to ask for another bathmat. Most of the staff were friendly ( one of them let us put a birthday cake in their fridge). Negatives Point!! : - parking fee I parked 1h hour or less it was like 1€or 2€ maybe it's area but where I'm from I can stay longer with same price. - two mornings the lady who serve us the breakfast was not friendly, she was cold toward us but not only use fortunately, we had feeling we bothered her. But because of location, good breakfast and some staff friendly, we still probably go there again despite parking fee.

My stay at the ibis Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Vélodrome was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming, and supportive, especially after a long trek from the US and an early arrival. The rooms are clean, nicely (albeit simply) decorated, and decent size by EUROPEAN standards. My only complaint about the rooms is that floors and ceilings are “thin” is that sounds from above and below are readily heard. The onsite breakfast was decent and the on-site bar was livable, but the two adjacent independent restaurants provided great food and even better cocktails.

Very long waiting time at check-in because the front desk man didn’t know the password for system. Me and a lot of other guests cannot check-in. The room, especially the bathroom, was freezing cold, because the hotel switched off the heater during the day. The front desk woman, her name is something like ‚Migraine‘ was extremely unfriendly and rude. She should not have customer contact. Her and her colleagues English skills are much too poor to be in contact with international customers. Never again this Ibis - good to have much other and better options in this area

Good rooms, good check in. The morning after the first night we have to go back to Holland, earlier. We ask the receptionist (lady), if it was possible to change two rooms, we are with four, as we leave that day for a free breakfast. A sort of compensation because we Don, 't ask the money back for the second day we have booked. That was not possible. The hotel was full and there was a Spanish lady with her daughter just plesent that our room came free earlier. So Ibis has the position that se can rent the rooms again. Oke so be it, because it was our choice to leave earlier. BUT than happens we go to the garage to pick up our car. Before booking there was on the site that there were free parking place. That's true, but not for all the guest, so it is a sort of bad information. So on the wall in the hotel stands that it cost 10,90 euro per night of 12 hours. We have standing less than 11 hours in the garage and have to pay 1e,80 euro. Not extreem a difference, but we ask it the same lady behind the reception desk and se begin to laugh on a very Un thankfully way. It was that she suddenly forget how she has to speak English and she plays a stupid. I Don, 't like this sort of behavior.

The hotel is at the standard Ibis level. It is just outside the centre of St. Quentin. Excellent for the Velodrome but not so intersting othewise. Most cars parked in the Streets around the hotel. The hotel parking is fee-paying while other hotels in the area such as the Best Western have free parking.

Very nice experience to stay in the IBIS hotel and it is in the correct location for the many auto industries. We will prefer to stay always either in IBIS or IBIS Budget.One suggestion should be if you change the items in daily breakfast it will be very good.Thank you.
