Due to a health issue I wasn’t able to travel. At the time of booking there was no cancellation policy available. When I checked a couple of weeks before I was due to stay the rooms had halved in price and had the ability to cancel. Can’t help feeling that I’ve been ripped off given the amount this cost for what is claimed to be a budget hotel. I see this as taking advantage of those that you depend on for business and so won’t be booking an Ibis hotel again.

We booked for the Olympics and the price was extremely high for what we got and did not include breakfast. The room was large and good although spartan but the front desk was often not manned and the outside areas were filthy with tables not cleaned and cigarette butts in the ash trays from the night before. However, it was extremely convenient for the Velodrome which is next door.
