Convient location with supermarket and restaurants in the area. Ibis hotels offer good value for money with clean basic rooms. A great choice of breakfast too. We used it as a stop off on our journey down to the Dordogne and would happily return.

Arrived late, no food available, room was very pleasant. But nothing working TV and Hair dryer broken and smelled like burning. it was good for one night. Staff really helpful and very nice not their fault. just seems like IBIS let them down with repairs. given the wrong key and walked in on a couple sleeping, so embarrassed. as was the receptionist. his supervisor left him the details. anyway got sorted. it was only for one night and for business and it was fine. would not recommend for a family stay

Nous y avons séjourné à 2 familles pour aller visiter le chateau de versailles, compter 25mn en voiture. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking (disque bleu) ou d'un parking privé payant. Plusieurs commerces de proximité pour se restaurer. La litterie était parfaite, et la chambre très propre et fonctionnelle pour la nuit. Accueil et check in rapide.

1. followed sat nav and still unable to locate hotel. Apparantely this happens frequently especially at night. 2.hotel car parking nightmare got in wrong lift and unable to return to car. clearer signing llift exit etc needed. 3. only one card issued for room thus when leaving wife in room with lights on to take dog for walk had to get receiptionist to use her card for lift.4 would not let us buy a bottle of water to take away on leaving ??? Have stayed in many IBIS hotel and this is the worst experience.Only good side was that the breakfast was very good value and the staff were excellent working under difficult conditions . Company needs to get it sorted.

For parking access, simply follow the signage marked with the "ibis styles" logo, which will direct you straight to our parking area or front office reception. As for the room key card, our team is more than happy to provide a second one upon request at the reception. Concerning the bottled water, we are unsure of your comment, as a water fountain with glasses and carafes is available in the lobby for all guests, and an information note in each room indicates this service. We take your comments about signage and parking seriously and will pass them on to management for further improvements. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back under better conditions.
