Dear David T., Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our breakfast and the excellent service provided by our staff. Regarding the hotel's location, if you input the precise name and address into your GPS, it should have no difficulty guiding you to us. For parking access, simply follow the signage marked with the "ibis styles" logo, which will direct you straight to our parking area or front office reception. As for the room key card, our team is more than happy to provide a second one upon request at the reception. Concerning the bottled water, we are unsure of your comment, as a water fountain with glasses and carafes is available in the lobby for all guests, and an information note in each room indicates this service. We take your comments about signage and parking seriously and will pass them on to management for further improvements. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back under better conditions.
