Nous y avons séjourné à 2 familles pour aller visiter le chateau de versailles, compter 25mn en voiture. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking (disque bleu) ou d'un parking privé payant. Plusieurs commerces de proximité pour se restaurer. La litterie était parfaite, et la chambre très propre et fonctionnelle pour la nuit. Accueil et check in rapide.

1. followed sat nav and still unable to locate hotel. Apparantely this happens frequently especially at night. 2.hotel car parking nightmare got in wrong lift and unable to return to car. clearer signing llift exit etc needed. 3. only one card issued for room thus when leaving wife in room with lights on to take dog for walk had to get receiptionist to use her card for lift.4 would not let us buy a bottle of water to take away on leaving ??? Have stayed in many IBIS hotel and this is the worst experience.Only good side was that the breakfast was very good value and the staff were excellent working under difficult conditions . Company needs to get it sorted.

Stayed a few night at this hotel and it was a mix of good and bad. First, the reception and breakfast staff were excellent. The free breakfast was very good and was definitely superior to any of the continental breakfast stuff you find at the typical US hotel. Fresh croissants several types of French bread and other pastry, cheeses, make your own boiled eggs, dried fruit etc. Two Nespresso type coffee machines available all day. The bed was firm but comfortable, pillows not so much. The area is pretty quiet near low traffic streets. The price was good and there are restaurants and supermarkets within a minute or two walk. Now for the bad, the carpets in the hallways and in the room were stained and housekeeping did not vacuum the floors, mop the bathroom floor or clean the toilet so cleanliness is an issue here. Also there are rust and mold in the bathroom. If you are on a budget, this is not a terrible place for a night or two max. Otherwise, I'd look for a different place to stay mostly because of the cleanliness issue.
