No recognition for being platinum Accor member. Asked late check-out until 4pm not granted. Lifts in lobby, one is working, one is not. Or one is not working up to 2nd floor. Overall lift situation feels like need urgent maintenance as lifts wobbly when going up and down. Strong stench in rooms 214/215 from bathroom usage (Drainage system). Windows in room 215 impossible to open as handle broken beyond repair. No bottle opener in rooms even though mini bar water offered needs bottle opener.

The hotel is a beautiful one, well located, and comfortable. What is unusual is the amount of broken / closed services. The elevator had shattered glass. For whatever reason one elevator could not go to the second floor - so to get to the second floor by elevator you had to first send up the elevator that could not go to the second floor. The spa was broken and closed down. In the rooms one of the faucets came apart. Just everywhere you look - broken. I expect a hotel in this price range, in this location, to sort issues out as soon as possible - it looked like hotel management is on holiday.
