The two ladies on the evening staff were terrific. Our room layout (701) was a bit unique with hottub taking up 1/2 the space in the room and no good spot for two large suitcases. But the bed was great, the hot water plentiful, breakfast was fine AND we had an elevator

The staff were friendly and professional. Amenities are well-equipped, and the location is excellent. Although the breakfast area is small, the variety is good, and the fruit is fresh. However, the menu does not change, so it might get a bit boring if you stay for more than 3 nights.

We booked a last minute stay at the hotel. The location was perfect. It was right outside of the gate to enter the palace. It was also a few minutes walk to restaurants and lively places to have a drink at night. We were concerned about parking because we had our nice SUV. The hotel had secure underground parking with normal sized spaces. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Breakfast was a highlight. It included fresh fruits, yogurt, meats, egg dishes, and several other lovely offerings that I had not seen offered at a typical hotel breakfast. The bar drinks were a bit overpriced in my opinion and service was rather slow both nights. I noticed it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks after ordering and the bar wasn’t very crowded. That was the only unsatisfactory part of stay. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this hotel!
