Very good. Jack at check in was a superstar - the best check in experience ever, The room was very nice but we had a couple of minor issues, No aircon in the room and wasn’t fixed. We also visited the bar and ordered drinks which arrived quickly but after an hour weren’t check up on and glasses sat empty. Not over worried for us but thought you might like to know.

The hotel was lovely and perfect location. Parking underground was easy. Lovely room and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant staff seemed unorganised or short staffed, with one poor bar tender doing all the work. It meant long waits for service for food and drink. But other than that it was lovely.

Elegant modern hotel - rooms were nice. We spent only two nights there and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had many options. I would definitely recommend this place for business or couples.

Fast check-in thanks to Mohamadou, nice room with good bed, kinda cool room temperature, perfect location. However, disappointed with room service they don't change dirty bed sheets even bathroom was not clean well. Limited breakfast options. Check-out was the longest I've ever experienced thu my booking was fully paid except breakfast and kept repeating myself several time that only this payment left but he was still checking my payment despite the confirmation in his hand !!!

Excellent location, service from all staff, especially Mizan, superb, rooms very clean, housekeeping very effective. My minor glitches to be fixed include: Room 207, sink doesnt drain properly, one needs to remove the plug completely for that; ceiling is all broken in the bathroom, at this price point, it needs to be fixed; train the kitchen staff siting under the windows not to smoke under the guests windows, leave alone use their phones on loud speakers to call their mum in Africa, conversation booming for half an hour, perhaps provide them with headphones as a must? If you are staying here, try to ask for the room much further down away from front entrance say 215 instead of 207, as on my last night i had bedlinen track loading and unloading, loud racket outside in the middle of the night for some hours. Which made it challenging to sleep with windows opened (the latter a must as aircon was way too loud and temperature unregulatable ie switch it on and freeze or switch it off and sweat). Only one lift was working gong to the 2nd floor, which made getting anywhere very slow. Gym is small and super busy before dinner, the Spa facilities were not up to par, towels everywhere, water puddles, which looked unsafe, sauna full constantly with 3 blokes never getting out of there, so i skipped it in the end. Overall, would definitely stay again for location, super comfortable bed, lovely (if worn out in places) interiors and the service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Louis Versailles Château. I spent my birthday there with my husband and daughter, and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality food. AC wasn't working, asked twice for it to be fixed. Nothing happened. Bar was run by very young inexperienced bar men, no table service, had to go to bar to get served. Could be fantastic hotel, but not yet.

Excellent facilities and staff - particularly in the restaurant where service was superb. Congratulations too to the kitchen team on wonderful food. Just one thought re rooms: where they gave opening windows that face the road (as ours did) it would be nice to clean the outside sills. Ours were so dirty with built-up traffic grime that I had to change my shirt when I rested my arms on the open windowsill. Otherwise, all excellent.
