The reception staff we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. There was some confusion when we arrived about whether I had booked early check in for 1 of the 3 rooms (I had, and this was eventually confirmed). The room we were first shown to, however, was occupied, which was rather embarrassing for both parties and a little inconvenient for us while we waited for an unoccupied room to become available. We noticed that the variety and amount of food on offer at the breakfast buffet diminished during our stay. It seems that you do not replenish items. We found this disappointing, as the breakfast on the first day was excellent. I was pleased to find a good selection of GF food available in the buffet. It would help to provide reassurance if the non-diary milks were clearly labelled. Our room was comfortable and quiet (as I'd requested). Some sign of wear and tear in the bathroom. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider the hotel again for a return visit.

I was very happy with my stay at your hotel, Le Louis Versailles Chateau in Versailles, France. Your staff was wonderful, the rooms were great, the products and the shower was excellent. Best of all, your staff was terrific! And I haven't been able to forget that wonderful beverage you had available in the lobby- some sort of tea with flower essence? I'd love to get the recipe if at all possible! I would stay here again and would book clients here too. Merci!

We enjoyed our stay. There was a problem was our AC in the heat wave this week but the front desk helped us move rooms with a working AC.
