We wanted a reasonable price hotel with in walking distance of Palace of Versailles. We flew to CDG, spent 2 nights here then took the train to Bordeaux

Great location. Nice bar. Pricey drinks but a great bartender Richard made great drinks! Great staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Decor very nice. Room did have an AC problem, they tried to fix it but still did not work, but windows opened to cool it down.

We had two rooms booked, one room was to have an extra bed for a 14 year old and a dog set up. The other room was booked with birthday set up. Upon check in no welcoming gestures were made although we are platinum members, no extra bed, no dog set up. The second room arrival was later and the receptionist gave us the same room key to the room already checked in. (So we would have walked into the occupied room whilst they had been sleeping!) Second room no birthday set up - so the surprise was not there, we asked for room service they told us to call Uber Eats! Once we did ask for hotel roomservice they send a few thrown on ham pieces and 3 cheese sticks onto the plate. The extra blanket we asked for, my husband had to follow the night porter into the housekeeping pantry select the blanket and even fix the cover himself! Breakfast was a mess! I belive all untrained staff that have never heard of a service try. All in all a horrible place to stay! The management needs to change if they can’t train and maintain quality.

We arrived early, so we left our bags at reception and walked to Marché Notre Dame (a square with loads of restaurants). The hotel is perfectly located in front of the Palace main entrance and just around the corner from the Rive Gauche station (RER C to Paris - Eiffel & Notre Dame). The other station (Rive Droite) is about 20 mins walk away. We booked to stay for 2 nights B&B and had dinner in the restaurant on one night. The room was a generous size with a large bed, a chaise lounge, a desk, safe, fridge, large TV, kettle for tea and a coffee machine. Bathroom with separate toilet. There was bottled water in the fridge (replenished), and it appeared the bathroom mirror was heated, which is handy. Behind the reception was the bar/lounge which looked class, serving a wide selection of cocktails and wine (although they stopped serving the cocktails earlier in the evening), and at the back was the breakfast / restaurant area. The breakfast was the star attraction. There was a wide selection of items, and they were delicious. There was a menu for eggs (soft or medium Boiled, Fried or an Omelette), if you wanted to order them, while the hot food area had scrambled eggs and baked eggs ready, with cocktail sausages, bacon and potatoes. The fruit was incredible, perfectly ripe, very tasty with a good variety to choose from. Plenty of pastries and fresh breads, crepes and pancakes. Salads with loads of cheeses and meats, Yoghurts, porridge, muesli, and rice pudding. The dinner was delicious, particularly the starters, as was the wine. We sat outside on the balcony

Arrived for last day of trip. Hotel was perfectly located to Palace and neighborhood. Parking was easy. Hotel bar had a varied menu and was a lovely place to spend a last night laughing and enjoying wine.

I had a very good time at this hotel during my stay. I was traveling solo and felt very safe. Check-in was a little antiquated, but OK. The room is very clean, but a little dated you could see areas that needed to be refurbished. Overall, I would stay here again AC was great.

Visited the Palace of Versailles. The hotel was within easy walking distance. It had a bar, restaurant, and car park with EV chargers. The stations were also close by making it a very accessible location. I believe you could get to Paris easily.

Reception staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and well equipped, everything working. Breakfast was excellent - a great selection. Seasoned travellers will know that we judge a hotel breakfast by whether or not the coffee machines are working most of the time - they were! If the barman had served me (middle aged guy) when I arrived at the bar rather than spending ten minutes chatting up the two attractive ladies *who* *already* *had* *drinks* then I would have given ten stars.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with you. We felt the hotel was well located and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. However we thought the rooms were small and the finish was not luxurious for the name deluxe and the price. We felt that the parking should have been included in the rate and parking was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre. We also had a very bad smell in the common area on the 4th floor which was like sewage. This got worse as the stay went on to the point where it was hard to breathe the air. We told the receptionists who did not seem surprised but said they would report it. Again this is not what we would have expected for the rate. So overall we would probably look elsewhere for accommodation the next time although there were a lot of positives things about our stay.
