Bonjour Monsieur D., Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Je suis sincèrement désolé d’apprendre que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Je regrette particulièrement les désagréments liés à la télévision, le manque de solution proposée, ainsi que la situation avec le ménage. Ce n’est pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, et je comprends votre déception. Votre retour est précieux, il nous permet d’identifier les points à améliorer pour mieux vous satisfaire à l’avenir. En revanche, je suis ravi que le petit-déjeuner ait été à votre goût.
