Check in was easy, clean rooms and the staff were lovely with a great sense of humour. One member of staff showed us some great places to visit. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. It is easy to get on the tram to wherever you need to go. Metro and bus is very close by also.

Location was good and not a drug hotspot like some had mentioned. but it’s more of an industrial looking area. Biggest disappointment for us was the breakfast ZERO VALUE for money

If would be better should the room is better ventilated, especially windows can be made opened for fresh air.
