I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. One day, after being out all day, when I arrived at my room I realized I only had 1 body towel. I was with my girlfriend, so there was 1 towel missing. In the previous day we had 2 body towels and 1 hands towel. I went to the reception to ask for another body towel and they told me they didn't have any more towels. What's more, we left the next day and no one came to give us any more towels until then. It's incomprehensible how a hotel doesn't have enough towels for its guests. As a tourist, the hotel is a great help for resting and bathing. Regardless of the quality of the hotel, if these services are not provided then the hotel is not prepared to receive people and the quality inevitably becomes very poor. We were very dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at Greet Hotel Paris Porte de la Chapelle for two nights during our trip to Paris. The hotel offered a clean, comfortable room with a modern design. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Conveniently located opposite the Arena, it’s ideal for events and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. We appreciated the secure basement parking, which was a better option than street parking for our rental car. While the communal spaces were small, they were cozy and inviting. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, adding to the overall experience. A great budget-friendly yet stylish choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

Very small rooms - bed space plus bathroom

The location is 10min walk from the metro. However that is where the benefits end. The room is very small, there is no table, the small single stool is not suitable to sit for any time. The hotel advertises food, fresh pizza, with ads in the reception, in the lifts, in the rooms, but they then tell you to phone a local company who do delivery.
