Weird access to the parking, bad quality of the bed, staff polite, helpfull and professional

You get what you pay for, and less. Terrible quality of the pillows made it impossible to get a proper night of sleep. The amenities are subpar, the toilet paper is the worst quality, not even hand soap next to the sink or basic thing like toothpaste. Had to pay 3€ at reception for it which is outrageous. Also outrageous you would not even clean the room for free, having to ask for it and pay for it every 5€ is ridiculous. Not even a quick cleaning service daily and a change of bedsheets and towels. I know the place is meant to be affordable, but this is just worst than budget. I wouldn't even mention the location which is crappy, and the people there a bit sketchy. Literally had someone screaming in the hallway the first night. It doesn't help the walls are paper thin and can constantly hear people talking, toilets being flushed and doors being slammed. We won't be coming back.
