Experience war not good....

The room was dirty, holes in the curtains, missing handle for one window, random hairs in the bed when we arrived. The breakfast was minimal, for the price we expected more variety and a CLEAN room!

Most cleaness hotel

Rooms were dirty,area unsafe, room smelt noisy. We didn't stay full 3 days because of this totally unhappy experience

We were going to a concert at the Stade so hotel is reasonably close. Budget hotel, budget price, budget room. In fact room better than expected except AC not working correctly. Didn’t complain so can't complain. On a budget and going to Stade would stay again.

The check-in took a very long time because many people staying at the hotel the night before had checked out too late. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine. The staff were nice.

Not expensive, clean rooms, OK breakfast. However: Hotel has to fix the lift. Now only 1 lift available for max 6 persons, and lift is slow. Long waiting times. Other lift is defect (already long time if I read other comments), and 1 is only for employees. No stairs, so you have to wait for the lift. Other point for Hotel: actively promote to park in the carpark of the hotel. Area is not safe: parked on public parking space along the road close to the hotel. Result: 2 windows of the rental bus were smashed-in, in attempt to steal the bus. Did not succeed, but cumbersome process to go to police, fix damage etc.

Auberviliers is definitely not the place you would like to be visiting. It is outside Paris and it is super dodgy. Although it is cheap, I did not dare to walk from the RER or metro station to the hotel as the area was too dangerous. However, the take-away breakfast was fantastic and worth the €2.50.

The experience was very disappointing. I did not receive the room that I booked, so I was thrown off when I walked in. The room was clean and tidy, but nothing like I was used to. I also did not receive another set of clean towels after the first night.

Overall thumbs up for the wonderful and friendly staff in all areas, reception, security and breakfast room. The code for lift and room didn't go too well with me as no guidance in the lift area and it didn't always work. I kept loosing my code for the room so not very helpful. The room had a strong smell of switches so awful and of course the window couldn't open widely for safety measures. No cupboards in the room which makes it inconvenient. Otherwise clean. Towels very clean but not enough power in the shower.

Good bedroom, very clean, great shower. Ideal location for the Stade du France, 25 mins walk. No. 35 bus straight to the Gare Du Nord.

Although it was a bit far from the city center, it was close to the Stade de France and that’s where I was going so it was okay

First i was charged for about 15 euro more than i do every 4-6 weeks for 5 years Next there was 20-30 young people coming into rooms around me at clock 0.30... making all kinds of noise outsides rooms - banging doors - running around - then open windows having fun ... this is not very good for me....i come for work...and need to sleep...i was awake for almost 5 hours... so now i will look for alternative hotels...

I stayed 4 nights. Everything was easy and direct. room was clean and organized. Wifi was very good. It is very recommended for limited budget business visits. Making check in online is good idea to make everything easy and quick in physical check in.

Very practical
