Not the first time we used this hotel and likely not the last. Not far from a tube station on slow line 12 but still well located to visit Paris. If you're lucky with your room you may have a superb view on Paris with the top of the Eiffel Tower in sight. But a few issues. Air conditioning not efficient and was leaking water on the floor causing a mini flood. On the last day, door was opened by security who thought the room was now free. I was not dressed.

I checked out of the room around 9:00 am and left my luggage in the paid locker facility. I noticed a note stating that the building would have no electricity due to maintenance from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm that day. Before leaving, I spoke with a receptionist and asked whether I would still be able to access my luggage during the power outage. She confirmed that I would be able to collect my belongings at any time, even without electricity. However, when I returned around 3:00 pm to collect my luggage, the locker system was locked and there was no power, so I was unable to retrieve my belongings. I spoke to a different receptionist, who then informed me that access was not possible without electricity. I explained that I had a flight at 6:00 pm and urgently needed my luggage to catch my airport transfer. I waited for nearly an hour with no assistance and was close to missing my flight. I informed security that I would be forced to open the locker if necessary, as I could not miss my flight. The electricity was eventually restored around 3:40 pm just for myself to get my belongs after I insisted on the urgency of the situation and stated I would contact the police.

Unfortunately, the power outage lasted longer than initially announced by the electricity provider, which was beyond our control. However, we fully acknowledge that you were incorrectly informed by a member of our team that you would still be able to access your luggage during the outage, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with a flight to catch. We regret the confusion and the lack of a timely solution. Your feedback has been shared with our team to ensure that clearer information is provided in similar situations in the future. Not a great place but cheap.. I registered to check in early but it was not possible before 3 pm. Leaving a luggage there costs money. No soap, air conditioning out of order. Password for room and lift.

My stay was not satisfactory and the hotel did not help me achieve my goals. Location is near metro 12 and buses are in close reach. Rooms/towels are not very clean, hotel receives large groups which in my case was a school group in my floor, making noise throughout the night and disturbing my sleep.

I've been staying at accor hotels once or multiple times a month in Paris. Never had to complain. Always pleasant but this was the worse !!! 1- location is dirty 2- people at counter and securty office (why?!) speak agresively / not hotel / not service oriented 3- I always bring my own food for breakfast because I have alergies and need special food. I always get a seat and proper treatment but this time the guy agressively told (he spoke back french by the way) I cannot enter. I complained to the counter but he was not helpfull so the security guy interviened, aggressively. He finally called the restaurant guy who let me eat outside, in the cold wind !!! I am very aware of Ibis budget standards but this was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay below what i expected and you should seriously audit that hotel. Let me give you a contrary example : the service and people are adorable at Ibis budget Issy Les Moulinaux.
