Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at Ibis Styles Paris Jardin de la Villette and wish to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay. I chose this hotel because the advertisement clearly mentioned that rooms were equipped with air conditioning. However, during my stay, the system was not working. On 29/09/2025, around 11:00 p.m., I went to the reception to ask for assistance, and the staff member on duty was extremely rude, telling me that “there was no need to turn it on because it was cold.” I must emphasize that it is not up to the staff to decide whether a guest should or should not use the equipment. The room remained stuffy, hot, and very uncomfortable, which seriously affected my stay. Furthermore, I want to highlight that I am currently living with cancer under palliative care. Each day of my life must be lived with comfort, satisfaction, and good memories. Unfortunately, this stay only brought me stress, discomfort, and disappointment. This situation combines misleading advertising with unacceptable and disrespectful service. I request that appropriate measures be taken to ensure this does not happen again, and that I receive fair compensation for the physical and emotional distress caused. I look forward to your reply. L’hôtel est bien situé, ce qui est un vrai atout. En revanche, l’isolation sonore laisse à désirer, que ce soit côté rue ou entre les chambres — les nuisances sonores peuvent vite devenir gênantes. Le personnel, en revanche, est irréprochable : aimable, professionnel et très attentionné. Cependant, j’ai trouvé que l’espace dans la chambre est très limité : les toilettes, la douche, et même l’agencement du lit sont vraiment trop étroits pour un séjour confortable. Pour comparaison, l’Ibis Budget situé près de la Mairie de Clichy est bien mieux agencé et propose des équipements plus adaptés, tout en étant théoriquement dans une gamme inférieur .

Arrivée le samedi pour un départ le dimanche. Hôtel en travaux, des échelles dans la cage d'escalier, un tableau électrique exposé, des câbles libres et des traces et débris de peinture jusque dans les chambres. Chambre mal insonorisée, propreté en dessous de la qualité IBIS habituelle, staff du week-end pas agréable. Petit-déjeuner au sous-sol, aucune fenêtre (peut-être le temps des travaux). La qualité du petit-déjeuner varie d'un jour à l'autre. Correct dimanche matin à pas terrible lundi matin (œufs brouillés réchauffés et baguette de la veille). Attention, il n'y a pas de parking gratuit à proximité! Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Nous avons eu une 1ère chambre où la TV ne fonctionnait pas puis une 2ème où la prise côté gauche du lit ne fonctionnait pas. Au début, la réceptionniste ne voulait pas nous changer de chambre car nous nous étions assis sur le lit. En conclusion, trop cher et est en dessous de la qualité IBIS habituelle.
