The apartment was lovely and well located. The aircons in our apartment were all a bit defunct. The main living area was way too cold and no matter what we or the engineer tried the temperature would not go up. One room was so warm and humid that the duvets were damp! Even though I turned the aircon down to 15C it was about 26 degrees in the room. There was no spatula or anything to actually use when cooking.

The life and the gym were under renovation during our stay, which created a lot of inconvenience for us as we have 2 strollers. The staff also "interestingly" arranged a room which requires a few steps from the lift lobby. Luckily there was another room which we can change to. The staff could be more attentive and arranged a room without staircases for us as we are apparently a group of visitors with elderlies and kids in strollers.

Great accommodation. However, the gym was closed and one elevator was under construction. Waiting times were long. We did not receive any notification about this when we booked.

Very convenient location. We could go everywhere using public transportation and walking distance to some places. Unfortunately the elevator was being modernised so we had only one to serve all floors which created some waiting time but understandable when you need to offer better options for clients in the future. The breakfast felt a bit expensive but there are options to prepare by ourselves in the apartment. The staff is extremely attentive.

Good stay overall — friendly staff, minor room issues My family and I stayed here for about a week and had a good experience overall. The location on Claymore Road is excellent — walkable to Orchard and Scotts Road, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-suited for a longer family stay. Two things to improve: Elevator: One lift was out of service during our stay, leading to long waiting times. The remaining one was quite slow — not ideal when you’re juggling a child and shopping bags. Fridge: The fridge in our room was noisy and made intermittent loud beeping sounds, particularly disruptive at night. One big highlight — Jag! ⭐ A special shout-out to Jag from the night team (night porter we believe). This man is an absolute gem. Always greeted us with a genuine smile, was up for some friendly banter, and went above and beyond to be helpful — no matter the hour. Staff like Jag are what turn a good hotel into a great experience. He deserves recognition. Thank you, Jag! Would stay again. Hope the lift gets sorted! 😄

the lift was horrendously slow. we were on the 21st floor and our family the 12 th floor in the same booking. House keeping was haphazard- no towels, coffee tea not replenished and ice not sent when asked for

The missed replenishment of towels, coffee and tea amenities, as well as the delay in delivering ice, is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide. We enjoyed our stay. Staffs were friendly, rooms were clean and felt homey. The only downside is the elevator.

The management not only fail to provide adequate services it also deliver false infonation where they force me to upgrade room for 250sgd pernight where this charge which i already paid not even rectified in the accor poins

The guy at check in was primarily focused on getting payment. He provided no information on any of the services at the hotel such as breakfast, pool or gym. Only one lift was functioning. Even though the room was prepaid the guy at check in was only concerned about us paying, didn't greet us with a smile nor could be bothered to tell us about any services. The hotel has 2 lifts and one has been malfunctioning for a while, looking at earlier reviews. The wait time to use the lifts is very long so most of the time we used the stairs. The hotel does not publish on its website nor at the time of booking that one of the two lifts is malfunctioning. Considering we were paying about $700 per night we would have been better off staying at a 5 star hotel or another 4 star hotel that would have offered better value. The breakfast offering is very underwhelming for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel should have been forthcoming about the issues concerning the lifts on both their website and at the time of booking. Otherwise this lack of disclosure is deceitful to consumers.

Staff are excellent. But rooms advertised as 42 sq m are rather tight. Also two flights of stairs to our room after taking lift. No benefits for diamond member.
