Staffs are friendly and helpful. Facilities are very nice, esp with washing machine. I stayed there for a week as work trip, being able to do laundry was very important; Breakfast is nice

This was a great stay. I appreciate the friendliness off the staff and the quality of the accommodation. The location - so close to the MRT and all of the food, shopping and everything else there mad it a perfect location to explore Singapore from.

The one-bedroom suite felt very cramped. While Accord’s eco-friendly initiatives are commendable, they now seem more focused on cost-cutting than guest comfort. With one of the two lifts under repair, a single elevator served all 25 floors, including staff, causing long delays. Novotel offered only an apology, with no gesture of compensation.
