Very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the price and facility. This is a 25-floor building, yet only 2 lifts are available, and 1 has been under maintenance for the whole month. Even worse, after one month, the maintenance was delayed for another month. As a result, guests have to queue a long time just to use the lift. The situation is made worse because the already cramped hotel lifts are also being used by people from an international school, making them even more crowded. It also does not help that staff sometimes use the lifts to go down just 1–2 levels, making the wait even longer for guests. On one occasion, a staff member even insisted on bringing a large rubbish bin into the same lift as guests. There was no queue behind, so it is hard to understand why they could not simply wait for the next lift. Also, seems the facilities are shared with the school next door. For the price charged, this level of inconvenience and poor consideration for guests is not acceptable.

This time it wasn’t so comfortable or good. Housekeeping not good. Elevator issue was frustrating. Other than concierge and reception team being friendly my stay wasn’t all that good. My room AC wasn’t working well. Room 20 B.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy and easy to get where we were going when we wanted to go out. The lift situation was awful due to maintenance of one lift. The staff had to use same lift as customer and this made it very busy at times and very slow.

Otherwise things worked as expected but the misery of elevator work lasting weeks was unbearable. Every time 5-10 min wait of elevator is just too much!
