The problem with the lift made very difficult to move from room to lobby or front desk, specially when arriving from work. On the bright side, breakfast being served at 6am helped a lot those who have to leave for work early.

Well located, comfortable stay, spacious, breakfast and drinks are better than expected. Improvement points: 1. Need to improve on room service cleaning. Upon our check in to the apartment, noticed hair in the bathroom despite cleaning done. 2. Lift is very slow, especially when there is only one lift and during peak hours. 3. I have dropped email to your customer service twice early this week, informing that I have left 2 dresses in the cupboard and requested if they can be sent back to me. But I received no response until now.

Good location, very helpful staffs, and very spacious room. They also got free cleaning service Monday to Friday, the cleaning lady was very nice. Only downside is that the iron in the room wasn’t really good and was leaking water, but other than that we had a very nice and comfortable stay here!
