Great location and housekeeping was awesome. Disappointed that there wasn’t any drinks in the room or fruit and biscuits on reception level as per last year.

I stayed for about 2 weeks at the hotel and from start to end it was great. Sunil at the front desk was an exceptional host. His team comprising of Shawn and Rehan were extremely courteous as well. However the show was really stolen by Vaani, Kogi and the rest of the housekeeping staff with their attention to detail and their intent to ensure the room is always left really spotless. I was surprised by their unabashed willingness to clean the soiled utensils and plates and keeping everything spotless. If given a chance i would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking to stay in singapore for longer than 6 days! No question.

One of the reasons my 30 day stay at Novotel was so satisfying was because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Shawn. On the first day of our relocation to Singapore, after a long and exhausting day of packing, moving, and flying, he guided us smoothly through the check in process and gave excellent recommendations for dinner. He was always friendly and attentive, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and dedication to service. I would also like to thank Jag, Kishern, Jessie, and Sunil. Every one of them was exceptionally kind. Jag, in particular, helped us with our luggage and kindly saw us off on our last day. We had several heavy bags weighing around 30 kg each, and he handled them with great care. Thank you for that. However, there was one minor disappointment. When we used the complimentary van service to move out to our new condo, we booked the car for 11 a.m. and requested help with the luggage starting from 10:50 a.m. Due to the large number of bags, we were slightly delayed. The driver seemed in a rush because of another booking and was reluctant to drive into the basement car park, even trying to leave our luggage at the wrong spot. It was a bit disappointing, perhaps a regular Grab driver might have been a smoother option in that case.
