My experience with Pullman was far below expectations. The hospitality and overall service were below average. The hotel does not provide turndown service and housekeeping was done only once a day. Despite taking a security deposit at check-in, the staff refused to serve an in-room dining meal to my son unless the bill was settled immediately, which was quite disappointing and inconvenient. The breakfast spread offered very limited options for vegetarians, and the taste and quality of the available vegetarian dishes were poor. Overall, the stay did not meet the standards I expected from Pullman, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Our stay was wonderful. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Our room was upgraded to A. suite for free and we loved the extra space. They also cleaned our room to perfection twice A. day! We love our stay and would love to come back again.

We have been fortunate to travel across the world, but the warmth and hospitality we experienced at Pullman Singapore has been truly exceptional. From a room card made specially for my six-year-old, to a handwritten note for him, to a beautiful box of macarons as a gift, every gesture felt thoughtful and deeply personal. Excellent location, young and enthusiastic staff always prompt in helping out. However for Breakfast very limited vegetarian options available. Must increase.
