Was adequate. Not the service I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff were ok but not as friendly as other staff In other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Singapore (namely the Carlton). Breakfast was fine but again not as much range as expected. Pool area is a tad weird with people sitting at the bar and outside area when you are trying to swim. It’s just a little off putting.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The room was extremely humid throughout our stay. It honestly felt like we were sleeping in a damp environment every night. There was no dehumidifier provided in the room, which I found very surprising, especially for a Pullman hotel.
The central air-conditioning system was also a major issue. It made constant noise throughout the night, and when we increased the fan speed to try to make the room more comfortable, the noise became so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. This significantly affected our comfort and quality of sleep.
On our first day, I also noticed that one of the hotel towels still had visible stains on it when I used it after showering. This was quite unpleasant and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
Unfortunately, I also found the overall service from the hotel staff to be less warm and welcoming than expected.
I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, which was a major advantage and made the decision easy at the time. However, based on my overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
I expected a much better experience from a Pullman hotel.
