Oh my god, the Door can not be lock properly. Its basically looks and feel locked but people from outside can still open the door. Good thing we noticed and immediately ask for a replacement room. Unfortunately the second room also has a sewage odor smell and has a noisy machine sound on the background. The third and last they move me to a club level at 4th floor which was ok. BTW, im a regular customer of this hotel. Ans was shocked to experience this.

Water was very slow, takes longer shower time. Stayed during 2023 December, booked same room type premier room but assign different room compare to 2 years ago, was told that the room that I assigned 2 years back was corner room and its subject to availability.
