The front desk is ok, they upgrade us in a nice room because we are all accor member. The housekeeping was amazing! Everytime we meet at the lobby they always make sure we have everything that we need and she always smile. On the last day of our stay i got disappointment with the Manager because he told us we dont have a breakfast included, even saying that the first 2 days we do but the last day not included. We went on the way to our room and he called us again “unapologetically” saying that it is included, he didnt confirm at the front desk first before telling the guest.

Location is not as good as other hotels in terms of MRT distance, but it's good enough to get taxi or grab. Shopping malls are very near. WiFi is very good, the process of check in and out is simple, and overall points are good enough. I'd like to recommend to my friends.
