Great service at reception and counter staffs, room well kept, great breakfast, late check in also acceptable and early breakfast being sent to the room because of early flight out.

Location: well located Hotel design: comfy sofa at the lobby, instagramable walkway to lift lobby to guest rooms, love the design and decoration of the whole hotel Service: staff at the recept is very friendly and patient to listen and explain to me as my english is not so good. Staffs at the level 4 restaurant and lounge are also very friendly and alert, we do not need to wait for a long time to be served. They explained the menu to us vry well and patiently as well. Guest service acted promptly to our request once we called to request for room slippers which maybe miss out during the room cleaning before we check in. However, that is no issue and will not affect our mood during our stay in this hotel. Environment: maybe due to that we booked to stay during the low peak period, the hotel lobby and facilities level 4 are not so crowded. Even the swimming pool area and gym. This allow us to enjoy the facilities with not much disruption. The facilities are all very clean, we feel safe to use them. However, we have no time to use the pool area this time due to schedule, but we will do so in our next visit. Feedback: the remote control in our room is not working very well, we have to press the button repeatly and very hard, in order for the tv to react(e.g typing search in youtube search bar). Bed and pillow all a bit too soft, my friend is able to sleep well as she is used to soft bed and pillow however i am not able to sleep well as i preferred harder pillow. the pillow sink once i lie down on it. Blanket is comfy. Bath shower water after we turned the knob to slightly hot, the temparature will auto change between hot and cold. Overall, our stay there was happy and we really enjoy our stay there. Thanks all the staffs we met on tat 3 days 2 nights. Sure i will recommend this hotel to my friend and will come again.

Good location, everything within short walking distance. Breakfast is good too! If hotel can provide children amenities like slippers or toothbrush, that would be perfect!
